Built on the roof-top of an eight-story outlet store in a busy city area.(tokyo)
This Half Pipe may be a different size when compared to the others built. A story on this Half Pipe mentions a "52-meter U-shape" and 12 riders. Previous Half Pipe coasters are 30m tall and 70m long with a 16 rider capacity.
It seriously is uptop a huge store and its slated to open in possibly december.
actually it was in a newspaper article, but it is the same pic.
Article was about the locals complaining aobut the noise the ride will make along with all the accidents will happen on the ride (Japanese/asians are paranoid, Steel Dragon 2000 has been closed for years despite being ready to open, and it probably wont reopen til it can get new trains from a different manufacturer after their contract with DH Morgan runs out, takes paranoia to an extreme).
Kinda funny as people that were on the Japan ECC trip, said that area of that town is nothing but strip clubs, night clubs and lots of cock fighting arenas.
