SFGAm 10/30 - "Amber's A Lesbian!"

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby DejaVuGurl1203 on October 31st, 2005, 8:00 am
Don't mind my headline, you'll see why I put it up later on in this TR. So we get there at 10:30, park wasn't crowded yet so I wasn't sure what to expect. Went straight to Superstition first, wow, I thought it was pretty cool. Then I headed to Viper, a 15 minute wait for 1:3. Sounded like they were having trouble with the "welcome to Viper" spiel. It kept repeating welcome to Viper.

Then I get to Bull, 25 minute wait for back row. Since it was 11 by now I figured crowds would have already been huge, but they were still small. I walked past Demon, went to the candy store, and then when passing King Chaos I got in line for that. 2 cycle wait, and it was an awesome ride as always.

Batman tested a couple of times during the day. It was either stuck somewhere on the lift, or stuck on the brakes right at the end. It was disappointing. Passed up V2, line was too long. Then went on Fiddler's Flung, I love this ride. All the lines were long so my dad decided to get 3 fastlane passes, we had 1 of those coupons left. Kind of a mistake but it worked out later on.

After eating at Aunt Martha's, I walked over to SUF and used the fastlane. It was about a 10 minute wait for the back row. Had a really good ride on it. Then as I'm heading toward V2, I see no line for Cajun so of course it's broken down. When I get there I saw Jeff, Dan, Ally and others. I waited in line with them for Cajun to open back up. Maybe after about 10-15 minutes, it opened. It was rough and fun at the same time.

They all went to see Susan Rosen, so I used my fastlane on V2. 20 minute wait for back row. I really love this ride this year, I don't know why. I waited by the theater for the show to end. I guess I missed a lot at the show  . We saw a whole bunch of other SFGAmWorld-ers there. Now it was me, Jeff, Dan, Ally, Nick, Brittany, Jerome and 2 other girls I didn't really know. We all headed to Whizzer. They took 1 train off while we were in line. I ended up riding with Jeff

They decided to wait to watch the troll sacrifice and eat at Firehouse, so I went to use up my fastlanes. Waited a while to get on Hellevator though... good ride. Then used another fastlane on Whizzer (here come the night rides), and then another on Bull. We all met back up at Bull's exit. I decided to ask them to help me get rid of my fastlane rides. So while Ally, Dan and Jeff used their exit passes, me, Nick and Brittany used my fastlane passes. It was about a 15 minute wait for the back, and it was a great ride because I was looking backwards.

Dan and Ally were gonna ride Bull again, so 4 of us went to Demon. 20 minute wait for 6:1. They were stacking. We met back up with Dan and Ally, but Dan got mad at Jeff so the 4 of us continued on by ourselves. We went to V2 to use up my last 4 fastlane rides. 22 minute wait for the 3rd row, I haven't been up near the front in a while. Great ride as always...

Nick and Brittany left after that ride. Jeff and I went into Necropolis. As we were passing by Santa and the elves, I tripped over something and one of the elves said "You're falling over me" and she started following me. Then after telling her my name she started screaming "AMBER'S A LESBIAN!" 3 or 4 times. I thought it was hilarious. Then she wanted a hug from me and wouldn't get off of me, so I hugged her so she would go away.

After that we went on Fiddler's Flung. Then IW, 20 minute wait for front. I'm glad I went on it today, it was a really good ride. There was 10 minutes left, so we went to Eagle and went on Blue side, 3rd row. We also got to stay on for the last ride. Blue won both times! It was a close call. It was a great way to end the season. I hate the day after a day at SFGAm.

Sounds like a pretty good day. I love vipers spiel and how it repeats.

haha yeah..

Yesterday morning I felt so weird... I never felt that sad after closing day last year. I didn't think it'd effect me so much because my priorities aren't focused on SFGAm so much anymore. I guess it was just the fact that I had such a good time on Sunday.
