Best Ride Logos

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.
Postby [jonrev] on October 24th, 2005, 3:33 pm
What are (in your opinion) the best ride logos.

#5 goes to Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
#4 goes to SFKK's The Quake.
#3 goes to Raging Bull's.
#2 goes to WDW's Rock n' Rollercoaster
And my favorite is Demon's 80s logo. I love the big drain pipe with the glowing red eyes.

Honorable Mention: SFGAm's Shockwave, Son of Beast, The Beast, Goliath, Italian Job: Stunt Track.

Xcellerator-Nice 50's style signature, classy.
Oblivion-quite simple, shows the point of the ride with downward arrow.
V2-I love the heartline effect or the "impulse" connecting the v & 2.
Hydra, the revenge-cool faded hydras in the back and the tail along name.
Rita-her running and the blur into the name is simply cool.
TopThrillDragster-the flaming effect demonstrates the speed.
KingDaKa-the slashes and the tiger prove its domination.

 Yeah, ironically theyre mostly accellerator/stratas, but tose are my choices.....cool topic jon :D

I have to side with JGSixFlags. I love the X sign and logo. It's so
awesome. Awesome logo for an awesome coaster. It's the best
logo, in my opinion!!

MILLENIUM FORCE

I want that little squiggly line tatooed to my butt!!!

(I just went to Cedar Point for the first time this weekend..TTD was closed but OMFG.....Millenium Force was the most INTENSE coaster I have ever ridden!!!!!!!!! It makes Raging Bull look like a grade school playground slide!)
Welcome to ShockWave please pull your harness down as far as it will go. While riding ShockWave please keep your hands and feet inside the car, and your head against the headrest, please hold on to all loose articles, especially hats and glasses. Enjoy your ride!

X, Raging Bull, Milennium Force, TTD, Mr. Freeze, Hydra, Mantis... I also sort of like Nitro's logo. Shockwave also had a sweet logo.

Hahah, that would make an EXCELLENT tattoo! I've got a window decal on the back of my car. It's quite hot! A lot of people ask what it is, and then, because of my obsession, I begin to tell them the entire history of roller coasters up until 2000, when Millennium force was built! hahahh

^ If I didn't chicken out about the whole needle thing I would've gotten mine yesterday in Sandusky...maybe next time. My butt wasn't an option though  I actually saw this guy named Jerry on Sunday getting off of Magnum and I recognized him from another tattoo thread. I asked him to show off his tats and he had SEVERAL logos tattooed on him. And a whole park tattooed across his chest. It was incredible.
