Rita vs. project Stealth...

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Which one do you think will have the most attention and be the best out of the two for the U.K?

Rita has excellent reviews but Thorpes attraction is becoming an icon, yet RITA looks more exciting but pr.stealth will be alot faster and taller and alot of people like that, so which one do you beleive will top it off?

Wouldnt it be funny and cool, if Thorpe named their ride after another female whos "obsession" is racing?-they should however...Theres alot of coasters named after men so there should be more for women 8)

Sorry went a little off topic....tell us what you think

I think that Project: Stealth will get the attention just because it will be new next year, whereas Rita was new this year. However, if Project: Stealth has serious downtime like it's family (Top Thrill, Kingda Ka, etc.) then Rita might take the gold.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter :(

Rita never really did get much attention, I hear from people who have ridden that it's not all that great, and that Alton should have stuck with their original Vekoma Booster Bike concept, at least the name would have made slightly more sense.

I love Rita because shes unique with her layout and name, and "stealth" looks like a little kingda ka, but itll still throw a punch of air or two...Rita has bundles of it and thats why they attached over the shoulder restraints although Intamin is supposed to now, and shes an intense ride. Stealth has height and more speed so who knows...its up to the GP

I wish I went to Alton a year later..I'd be on that thing right now.

Well, Stealth is going to get the attention of the general public. Tallest coaster of it's kind in Europe, and it has the speed. Geeper magnet right there.

True....it will be, but its so simple and RITA looks as if it has more to offer.
You know whats weird is that the new SPEED MONSTER coming to Tusenfryd is 131ft. tall and will be launched at about 56mph. How come RITA is about 70ft. and goes at 62mph :? Will SPEED MONSTER be slow on the first hill?
