It just doesn't look like Vertical Velocity. I know the back tower is vertical but not that much. It just doesn't live up to it's name that well. But ours lives up to it's name because the towers are at the angle it was intended to be (90 degree) and it goes the speed it was intended to be.
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu
Yea, somehow nobody noticed it was too nigh on paper, so they tilted it. I think it looks neater and pretty awesome. Here you might acually be able to see the world spinning around you.

no, it is an inversion, and i thinks its kewl, because its the only kind in the world . . . personally, id be proud to have it in my park . . . too bad you cant have that type in RCT
I've ridden it. It's way more interesting than our V2. It does look kind of tacky though doesn't it.
"There should be a B.O. squad that patrols the city like a "Smell Gestapo". To sniff 'em out, strip 'em down, and wash them with a big, soapy brush..."
"Why is nice bad? What kind of a sick society are we living in when nice is bad?"
It looks so ugly to me. I think they could have made it look better. Did they have to redesign the trains once they redid the ride?

I think it looks really unique. It lives up to its name to me....The back spike is the vertical part and the angled "tower" is the velocity part, its cool how it flips you upside down. I think SFMW thought of an interesting way to keep the ride.
no the trains werent changed, just the track, it was over the height restriction limit so the had to change it . . . they thought no one would notice . . . how sneaky ! !
