2 deaths in 2 days. That is bad. It would scar most people who saw her fly into the car or who saw the kid hit by the coaster for life.

First death was definately either Operator Stupidity or Suicide (I vote for option #1)

until my contact with Mondial gets back to me, no comment on the Top Scan thing, exept the restraint was found to be in working order and locked when the ride returned to the platform, and the rider tossed was mentally handicapped (they can have extraordinary strength/flexibility to get out of situations they dont want to be in)
