*=Sucked!
**=Bad
***=Meh
****=Pretty Fun
*****=Awesome!

We got there at about 3 and headed for Hometown Square. Everything was packed until we got to Revolution and saw about 1/4 of a line so we (me, my brother) got in line. I hadn't ridden Revy because last year it didn't seem so fun for smoe reason. Well this year they must of done something because it was a great ride. Revy=****

Next we walked around and stopped at Batman and got a ride on it. Still love this ride. Batman=*****

Then we went for a spin on Whirligig which was'nt bad. Whirligig=***.5

We then headed to a quiet spot (IMS) to call my mom when we noticed 2 security gaurds. So I asked what was up with IMS being closed. They said it was maintenence, but I then told them it was usually always closed and they didn't know that! I also asked about Whizzer being removed. They said it wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. They also said that the Stargate ride was going to be moved and the enterance to SFHH would be moved over there. They also mentioned new rides for SFHH.

Anyway...

We walked through Mardi Gras and decided to squirt some people on Roaring Rapids, BUT WE GOT 4 EMPTY BOATS!  So we said "Screw That" and we headed for SWT, where we went on Giant Drop which was great. I lost all of my change!! . Giant Drop=*****!

Then I got a call from my mom and had to go. It was also closing time. .

Today was pretty good.

SFGAm 8/22=****.5.

Why would they just move the gate of SFHH now?? That makes no sense whatsoever. They want people to go through SWT so they can make the money with all those new games.

Anyway, how crowded was the park today?? Can you give estimate times for some of the main attractions? Thank you very much. :P

It didn't make sense to me either.

It was pretty crowded, Raging Bull was PACKED! And American Eagle was out to the maze in the tent.

A security guard is not going to know jack about what is going on as far as future park changes.

The only time I believe anything is if it comes from maintenance (to some degree), the PR department, or from Sevart himself.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Security has very little, if not any activity with:

Ride Op's
Maintnece
or anyone high up in the ranks for that matter.

And of all the people, a person in law enforcement mouthing something they didn't want him to?

Looks like you seriously can't trust anyone these days.

Secruity most likely has NO idea about next year since they are there to protect the guests, not operate rides or know about the futue. The only ride-ops that may know about certain things about the future is if it involves the ride they work at.

AE was not a walk yesterday, unless you call a line that is almost on the bridge a walk on. Just to let you know, a walk on means that you walk on the ride with NO line.

Lines were long for a day like that, Demon had a queue, BTR almost all the queues, Cajun was full, SUF was almost full, Stargate was out to the entrance, and Wolf was in the queue house without any queues.

Waterpark, however, was dead. But, when it opened, only the lazy river, wavepool and one family slide was opened. Then both family slides opened (longest lines) (first purple, then both, then green), then Skull Island, then the Cannonbowl slides, and Wahoo Racers (really late).

The lines were long from the getgo. With V2 down all day it made the coasters have long lines which wasnt helped by initially having only 2 trains on RB and one side of AE open. The lines got a little better as the day went on and the ride-ops for Batman/RB did a excellant job dispatching trains.
They used both parking lots due to the crowds and HH was dead which casued longer lines, but it was still a good day at the park with nice weather if you didnt want to go swimming.
And i saw security several time kick line jumpers out of the line at RB, so kudo's to them for a good job

Get a job with a major corporation and you'll find out. :P

At least you still had a pretty good day, even though the park was really busy.
:)
