** Long TR**
So I was supposed to go to Cedar Point last year that didn't pan out, but this year it finally was going to happen. I had been there before but I was only like 5, I went on Magnum but I didn't remember anything about it or the rest of the trip. So we got to Sandusky at about 5:30 Sunday night, and we see the Kalahari Resort on our way in, we didn't know that there was a Kalahari Resort in Sandusky and we found out it had been open for about two months so we called and asked for a rate and we booked a room for the final 2 nights of our stay since we had to stay 2 nights at the Comfort Inn we had already booked or we would be charged. So we got to the Comfort Inn (not the maingate one which looked like one of those motels out of a scary movie) it was a Comfort Inn what more to say, unpacked and went to dinner.

Woke up at 7 for Breakfast, showered and such then off to Cedar Point. Got into the park at around 10:30, went straight to TTD. Most of the queue was being used at the time. Just watching it launch was fun. Took about an hour and 20 minutes to get into the station, I decided I wanted to go on the front, my brother and dad didn't want to wait so they went on another random row. I only had to wait about 2 or 3 more trains then them since I was a single rider and one was needed for the ride. All I have to say is BEST RIDE EVER!!!!SOOOO FAST!!!(sorry for the caps but they are nessecary). Looking down at the top of the hill is insane, and twisting down the tophat is crazy. Biggest adrenaline rush of my life. Reviews of all rides later.
After TTD we needed something a little shaded since it just so happened to be 95 degrees outside so we went on the Super Himalaya right across from TTD and I got smashed. Then it was onto Magnum, we sat 2nd row since it was the shortest wait, took about 15 minutes to get on. This ride is above average lots of air time though it does hurt your thighs if you leave any room for your legs to shoot up otherwise it is fine.
We then walked around the rest of the park and got Dippin Dots from the Dippin Dots store in the front of the park. Finished those and got in line for MaXair. 20 minute wait for it thanks to its huge capacity. I didn't know what to expect, but it was pretty good for a flat, very fast and enjoyable to look at the ground when your swinging the most its like your falling in a dream. Then we went to the Gametime Grill I believe it was called, it was the Sports Bar type place between Raptor and Blue Streak if I have the name wrong and you have no idea what I speak of. Had chicken wings, then my parents insisted I step foot in the water of Soak City since we got the 2 day pass and it included Soak City. So I changed and went into the Wave Pool for 5 minutes and sat around. Some girls whole top came off on one of the tube rides, I didn't see it but I heard she was hot lol.gif. We then left at about 5, to go back to the hotel for little nap since we didn't sleep much and to wait until it cooled off. Got back to the park at about 8:45, and hit Raptor first since it was a short line of 15 minutes. I must say this ride is amazing, I loved the ending helix lots of forces the only bad part is the MCBR but that wasn't to terrible. Only Invert that I have ridden that beats it is Dueling Dragons and that wins by a hair.
Next was Iron Dragon which was a 5 minute wait, hit up that back row very relaxing and gave me a nice view of how long the line was for TTD so at least it did something constructive right? Mantis was next in line, still a 30 minute wait but we decided to wait it out. Good ride forceful as well just like Raptor, I think it qualifies as my favorite Stand-Up beating out Riddlers and Georgia Scorcher. Next in line Mean Streak which we had to wait for them to take a car off the tracks, we were like 5th in line right. So these 2 guys run up a little ahead of everyone and right when we get into the station they just sent the train with just the 2 kids on it so we had to wait a long time for it since that was the only train. Mean Streak wasn't all to bad, from what I had heard it was horrible, it was rough but still not bad at all. Gemini came along next in line. I don't really have much to say about it except it is relaxing and boring, barely worth riding.
Now here comes the good stuff, well kinda. We got in line for TTD at around 10:40, it was about a 30 minute wait or so. We get into the station and everything is going fine and dandy and then they just stop sending trains. We were in the back row of the farther from the Launch Pad station so we couldn't really see anything, I wasn't sure what happened but we saw a mechanic going out to the track and playing with some of the fins and such and concentrating on one single one. It didn't look good and then the police came about 30 minutes later and said the ride was being closed, so we all had to leave but we got passes to go in the Freeway Entrance of TTD and another one to go in the exit of any other ride, there was 3 of us so we got 3 of each then these 2 girls didn't want theirs because they weren't comming back tommorow so we took theirs off their hands so we were up to 6 of them for tommorow, so it seemed like a good start to the next day and it hadn't even started yet.

Slept in kind of, still got to the park at about 11:30. Right away went and got a Freeway for Millennium Force, ended up getting 9-10. After getting the Freeway we decided to use one of our exit passes on Millennium. This ride is crazy fast and the lift is so fast too. No real air or anything this ride is all speed and it does a good job of it at least even into the brake run it is very fast. Great ride not as good as TTD though. We then used our Freeways we got the night before on TTD and ended up waiting over an hour because of several breakdowns, handicapped people being placed only in our row 3 STRAIGHT TIMES(tell me that makes sense), and a person fainting which happened about 148502 times at the park. Finally got on though my brother and dad were on a train that rolled back I would have if it wasn't for handicapped people being placed in my row 3 times in a row rolleyes.gif. Then we hit Magnum which was a short wait again and got 3rd row I think, this time not as much thigh pain. Cedar Creek Mine Ride was a short wait so we hit that, boring but scenic at least, didn't really except to much from it anyways. We hit the train and took a round trip from the front end of the park back around. Had to get our freeway stamped changed to passes since they were sweating off badly in the heat. Disastor Transport is how we delt with out little sweating problem. 45 minutes of heaven in AC until we got on the blazing hot ride luckly it was short but horrible non the less.
We then went for dinner at Steak N' Shake, and retreated back to the hotel for a few then back to the park at around 8. Went on Corkscrew, bad short and hurtful Demon is WAY better. Power Tower was next and we took the fast way up instead of down since down is what usually happens on Drop Towers and I hadn't been on an S&S before. It was pretty good, I don't know how else to explain a ride like that. We used our other exit passes on Millennium and got lots of knats(Spelling?)in our faces and on our shirts. Then we used our Freeway for Millennium and got more knats on us, the ride is much cooler at night like most rides to bad there are millions of knats I feel very sorry for the people who wait longer to ride the front at night because they get killed with the knats. Then we hit TTD with our passs again and this time wait about 15 minutes amazing what else to say? Then Raptor, and Wicked Twister before going back to TTD to end the night. 2nd to last train of the night, If we would have been 2 trains ahead we would have had the option to go again and ride in the last train that was barely full sad.gif. The last train was so energetic with clapping and everything I wish I was on it. I took some pictures that came out badly at night, theres some other pics that were decent that I might post tommorow or something. Heres the ride reviews to add to this already horribly long TR:
TTD
Rating 10++/10
Total Rides- 4(1 front row)
Lets see 120 MPH in 4 seconds and 420 feet in the air equals fun, my new favorite coaster passing X.
Magnum
Rating 8/10
Good airtime on this classic but I don't like the restraints at all, still very smooth though for being as old as it is.
Millennium Force
Rating 10+/10
Not as good as TTD but pretty close I love coasters with speed which is why I liked MF so much
Raptor
Rating 10/10
It might seem that I'm being to generous with these rating but really all 3 of these rides kicked major ass, and I can't help it that they all happen to be within 1000 feet of each other.
Iron Dragon
Rating 5/10
Ninja destroys this because it is on a mountain and at night it is actually quite fun because you can't see anything but on Iron Dragon you can see everything since it is so lit up which isn't cool.
Mantis
Rating 9.5/10
Great Stand-Up lots of forces and loops the forces give it the edge over Riddler because all it has is loops and the edge over Scorcher because all it has is forces this is the complete machine.
Disaster Transport
Rating 1/10
Only gets a point for being air-conditioned, the ride itself could have been the biggest waste of my time in my entire life, I would have rather just walked out of the line if I knew it was going to be 100 degrees on the actual ride.
Wicked Twister
Rating 8/10
Better then V2 since the back spike is twisted and it is a little taller and probally faster though I am not sure.
MaXair
Rating 8/10
Very fast and fun to look down worth waiting for.
Gemini
Rating 4/10
Boring, smooth I must say but boring outwieghted the smoothness
Cedar Creek Mine Ride
Rating 5/10
Boring but less was expected and it had a nice view so it gets better then Gemini.
Mean Streak
Rating 7/10
Not the best but not the worst like some people think it is.
