I wouldn't be surprised its getting towards summer and schools are getting out which means more people in the park.

during the day on 5/26 it was out of the entrance (not by much) yet all the rat mazes were open. It was over 2 hrs. for the front row. I dont know where your getting this 4 hrs. from.

Opening day it went by quick except in the zig zag part! I hat that part, makes me very clausterphobic. lol.
It's not how high or how fast you build the roller coaster it's how smooth you build it!

I've ridden S:UF only when it opens at 10am, and the line does go quick through the maze. The 4-hour wait-time estimate does seem a bit high. The 'line forms here' sign outside of S:UF advertised a 2-hour rental locker. Although the wait-time will not always be under 2 hours, we'll have to wait and see come June and July how S:UF's wait-time can get during the Summer Season.

I was there on Monday. I could tell you the longest was 2 1/2 hours. I went on it before I left for the day and I waited 1 1/2 hours. Your first reaction in lne is like...woah! I'm never going to get on, but after you get through the zig-zag part, It's not too bad.And if you ask me, the boarding pass system they used was kind of dumb. It's a waste of paper, and I don't think the ride attendant actually looked at out numbers. My friend also thought they didn't have the line clearly marked for which side of the stairs to go on for car 1 and cars 2-8. Other than that, it wasn't a bad wait.

Boarding Passes are used to prevent line jumping. The Boarding Passes are ordered numerically and are handed to an Op before getting on the ride. Batman uses Boarding Passes, and perhaps some other rides.

About what time of day do the lines start getting fairly long? Cus on our class trip next Friday, we're gonna get there about 11:30 so it will be a little while after opening. Will there already be a longer line on Superman? Or is the park still not very full.

Oh yeah... They used those 'boarding passes' when Raging Bull opened. I just didn't know that's what they were called.

Dre, you will probably find a long line for Superman next Friday when you arrive at 11:30. Some schools will be out, and Fridays are typically busy at SFGAm.

The ride op passing out the boarding passes said from the superman enterance, with all the rat mazes open, was one hour 15 min. We got to the station stairs in about an hour and waited another hour for the front row. I believe they have the wait time down pretty good and it should always take 1 hour 15 min to go through all the rat mazes (switchbacks) and to the station.

Oh I could argue on that one. I'm one crazy kid and will wait 4 hours for MF and I'm sure I'd even wait for TTD!

There is no way that S:UF was a 4 hour wait. It was more like 2 hours.

Well you have been to CP before. I havent. when I go there is no way I will wait 4 hours for 1 ride. There are to many good rides there to wait 4 hours for one. And like I said before no ride is worth a 4 hour wait!! But that is my opinion

Coasterguy, be prepared for long waits. I know a kid that went for their "frightfest" (or whatever they call it) and only got on 4 rides all night long. Most rides had a 3 hour wait or so. But still... I've waited 2 hours for the Raptor, then another 2 for the Mantis, and almost 3 for MF, the only one that isn't worth it was Mantis, but I'm not a standup fan. There are rarely short lines at CP.
