Great day! So my uncle picked me up around 8:55. We got to the park roughly at 10:05. He wanted to be close to the entrance so he got preferred parking, sweet. First, we went on Condor. It was weird to see it running, you know? The line was actually full, so, it was maybe a 15 minute wait. Great ride, great ride... after not riding it for 2 years.
SUF's line was out on the midway, so we skipped it. Then I went on KC twice alone since Brad and the girls were on BEB. Great ride. Although the first part really hurt my head... May have a sinus infection. Cajun was next, gosh, I've barely been on it this year. I kinda forgot how awesome this ride is, it was awesome but the hill at the end HURT. Still a good ride...
Next, me and my uncle Brad went on Batman after getting some nachos and a pretzel. (One of my cousins is 6 so she's not allowed on the major rides like Deja Vu, and my other cousin is 10 but she's scared of most of the coasters..) Anywho, it was about a 20 minute wait for BTR. Back row. Awesome ride as always. We waited for V2 to open ebcause it was testing, but maintenance said it wouldn't open any time soon.
Then we went on Iron Wolf, it was Brad's first time on it. It was a 25 minute wait because the load times sucked as always... He thought it was fun, it was a good ride. Then all 4 of us went on Spacely's, fun ride. The girls wanted to go to the water park, so we took the train to the front of the park. I can finally say I've been on every ride in the park now. I love the Scenic Railway.
Since I couldn't really do anything at the water park today, they left and I stayed on the train. I wanted to get back to County Fair. Went on Revolution, 2 minute wait. As usual, fun ride. When I was on, I realized AEB was stuck on the lift, I figured it'd open in any minute so I waited for it in the station. WRONG. I ended up waiting a half hour. I knew I should have gone on red. Once it opened though I got right on, still a good ride.
Then headed by Deja Vu, 1 set of switchbacks was open. 50 minute wait for 1A, AWESOME ride. Once again, the ride keeps getting better... I got right back on in 40 minutes, in 1A again. I was supposed to meet back up with Brad and the girls by Firehouse Pizza, but I decided to sneak a ride on Demon thinking there was a walk on. Wrong once again... Eh, 12 minute wait for last row. I don't think I'm gonna go in back row again, but it was a great ride.
When I met back up with them, we ate at Aunt Martha's. Did they re-design the inside or something? Because I remember it being a little different last year during FF. Anyways, we went on Whizzer after that. Ah man, it was a great ride... I wanted to keep on riding it. Demon was next, 15 minute wait. Marisa and I sat in 6:1, way smoother than back row.
Then we went on Viper, wait was roughly 20 minutes. As always, I went in row 1:3. I love this ride... Bull was next.. or so I hoped. Lightning started up and all the rides got shut down, it was around 8. We were sitting around for a bit, and at 9 we got in line for the only ride that was open - Great America Raceway. We waited like 15 minutes since everyone wanted to go on it. Nice ride...
The lightning didn't look like it was going to let up anytime soon. There was a lot, behind the IW area. We were walking past Deja Vu... and I see people on it. You should have seen the reaction on my face. Brad didn't believe me at first when I said that Vu was open. We both ran to get on it. This was also his first time on Vu. Only a 1 cycle wait for 1B, AWESOME night ride. I got right back on in 1B, and had to wait 3 cycles. There was still a lot of lightning that wasn't letting up at all. I was surprised that all the rides were open, especially Vu! The lightning was seriously awesome while riding this.
I would have gotten on a few more times but Brad wanted to leave. It was 9:55 when we left, and my dad picked me up. Overall a great day. The most annoying part about the day was they had the announcement about the thunderstorm watch every 10 minutes. Actually, I think it was probably every 4-5 minutes. It seriously got annoying after a while...

Oh man, this sure isn't the first time for me. But I know what you mean, a day without Bull is unusual. I am a bit disappointed I didn't get to ride it, but whatever.
That's very true. I may go on it first thing in the morning, or right after Vu. I hope I can go tomorrow. If not then well, I'm almost positive I'm going next week. Here are pics from yesterday, as well as the pics I never posted from the 14th:
Today I got a wet ride on Eagle and Viper. It was awesome. Viper's train was slipping and it seemed to go much faster than 50 mph. Eagle was the same way. I thought at the drop we were doing 70. The rain pelted my face, but still can't hurt the novelty of a woodie in heavy rain I'd write a TR, but i'm REALLY tired.

A watch means conditions are favorable for severe weather in the vicinity. Just because it isnt storming right now, doesn't mean that it wont be later. Watches are issues hours in advanced of most severe storms to give people time to prepair.

Yeah no kidding me and my cousin were getting really annoyed when they kept saying that even though it was sunny the whole day.
"There should be a B.O. squad that patrols the city like a "Smell Gestapo". To sniff 'em out, strip 'em down, and wash them with a big, soapy brush..."
"Why is nice bad? What kind of a sick society are we living in when nice is bad?"
