For all you people who live near the Chicagoland, do any of you know where a disc golf/frisbee golf place is?
I haven't played this sport and I would really like to try it. Thanks.

holy...I can't believe someone else plays this. I don't, but a friend of mine does. I went with him once and it was cool, but I guess he goes all the time. the only problem is he's from Toledo and we're both in Grand Rapids right now so no help on Chicagoland courses.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

How freakin ironic.

I was just at a park tonight and low and behold , they had a frisbee golf course.

It's not that far from SFGAm. Just exit the park going right on Grand. Make a right on Milwaukee Ave (Rte 21) and take that about 5 miles. The place is called Adler park which is located on the left hand side.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

That's exactly what I was going to say. They have a water park (well, a pool with some slides) and playground, too. If you're looking for it, look out for the pool; the playground and frisbee golf course are kind of hidden.

Yeah I like to frolf (do other people call it that) on occasion. I play at Valley View park in New Berlin and I've played at Dretkza park in southern Menomonee Falls. It's a good way to pass an hour of nothing...
