"Oh why did I go!?" June 1st, 2005

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby rct2wizard360 on June 1st, 2005, 10:56 pm
Date: June 1st, 2005
Weather: 70 degrees, Lots of Sun
Crowds: School groups galore!

So me and my friend were planning this for a week or so. We got up to the park a little later than usual but not by much. No Season Pass entrance. We waited by Country Fair 'til 10 and talked an older man about Tidal Wave compared to Deja Vu. When we drove into the park we saw it testing. We sat and waited before they put up the sign, "This ride will not open today." So here's the day from here:

American Eagle Red: (Total Rides-2)
Row: 1
A great ride, lots and lots of speed and Airtime.

Batman The Ride: (Total Rides-1)
Row: Back
Hauling; beginning to inherit Iron Wolf's traits.

Demon: (Total Rides-1)
Row: 6;1
A very great ride, had a slightly longer line than usual.

Raging Bull: (Total Rides-2)
Row: 1 and Back
Hauling a little bit today. Not to long of a line.

Superman Ultimate Flight: (Total Rides-2)
Row: 1 and 7
Rough ,rough ,and rough.

Viper:
Row: 1:3
Airtime. I almost felt a tear when I saw no Cartman.

V2:
Row: 1
Umm, the usual?

Notes:
1. I decided to check out the waterpark for a little bit. The family raftslide's were BOTH running.
2. Ride Op's weren't as friendly today.
3. There are two new DDR Machines. A new Extreme by Eagle, and a new Max2 with Memory Slots by Rue Le Dodge.
4. I also went to go see Circo Magnifico. It is an AWESOME show, and I highly recommend it.
5. There seemed to be a rumor going around the park today that Shockwave will be rebuilt on the other side of the highway.

Lesson to be learned; God should of never made 8th grade.

Sounds like you could've stayed and waited another week. Well, I go on Friday, any forecast on crowds?

Wow that's really sad. Even if the track peice's wern't chopped up and melted, they still would have never re-built it.

yeah, on the 31st, i know there were at least 3 groups of eighth graders there. you could definetly tell who was in high school and who the eighth graders were, if the shirts were no indication. My friend and I created a universal sign for eighth graders....hold your head with one hand and shake your head.

I still need to get to the park on a day where AE's line is completely empty. I'm behind in count. I still need to get 92 AE rides in 5 months.

I was there with my sister. I was wearing a grand turismo 2 t-shirt. I was standing next to that old guy that was talking about the tital wave. I went on the demon then bull. After that I walked pass you two and told you they where not going to open and to go ride the bull. You guy said it was going to open in a hour and wanted to wait. Looks like it never opened,
