A couple notes from Sunday

Let us know how your day at the park was.

I'm not putting this in the form of a trip report but I wanted to pass on a few notes from Sunday.

Crowds were light to moderate. Quite a few school groups around along with Dance Fest kids.

Raging Bull was down the first hour of the day. They had problems testing but were runing about 11am.

King Chaos was having problems again. I saw it test a couple times between noon and 1pm but it never opened that I saw. A couple mechanics were around.

Seeing a lot more of the Looney Tunes characters around the park.

Hurricane Harbor is starting to look like a real waterpark. Lots of training going on and they were testing the wave pool out. Some pretty good size waves too! There was activity everywhere all day long in the waterpark. I'm sure a lot of detail work andf landscaping won't all be done but it should be ready to roll.

I actually saw security watching the que lines at Raging Bull and Superman at different times during the day. I hope that continues.

Lines were short most of the day and employees were again very friendly.

A big hats off to the Bull and Viper crews for keeping things moving. I never saw any stacking except for times that it was caused by a guest.

One more thing...Deja Vu is still running great!

An hey, I bet you didn't see any stacking at DejaVu.

BTW, everything except Skull Island should be ready for media day so make sure to check out the early morning shows on your local news. There will be lots of media there including a few people from this site. If you see anyone interviewed named Jeff, then it might have been me. :D

BTW, good update. Lets hope they can get King Chaos back up.

King Chaos was down for a long time on Saturday, they cycled that ride for about 4 hours. It was open, then it closed, opened again, then closed for 4.5 hours, then reopened late in the day.
