Iam planning a trip to ceder point soon. but i heard that they weigh people prior to boarding rides like TTD and millenium force and if you are over 250 or somthing you cant ride even if the restraint could click down. well iam 270 and i ride every ride at six flags great america no problem. can any of you confirm that ceder point practices this i figured i would ask here figuring people here could compare great america to ceder point.

FALSE!!!!!
i just got back from CEDAR POINT last week.
they do not weigh you. how ever, the seat belts are small and when buckled they require 1 inch of strap showing (not including the HANDLE of the strap)

Ya, they dont weigh you at all..but make sure you TEST all the test chairs on the rides. because AGAIN!!! they require 1 inch of strap (not including the handle) to be showing after buckled or they wont let you ride

and have fun. TTD is wicked AWSOME

However, most ride ops there will let you ride it if you can just buckle the seatbelt because the 1 inch strape is counted into the seatbelt. That is what I have heard, but there is no weighing, that would be just stupid and take too long.

The test chairs seat belts are shorter so watch out for them, and if you don't make it on try another seat cause the seat belts are differn't lenths.
