I think that Six Flags should add a new show!! Very similar to one at Dinsney's Epcot Center- laser show with dancing fountains and the globe!!! And it should be named "The Magical World Of Six Flags"- one a week- on Sundays!
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!

Speaking of the Hypnotist I got to go up on stage with her and get hypnotized it was really cool. Neat experience! It would be really cool to have in the IMAX theater the History of SFGAM. I think people would deffinately like to see how the park became as big and as popular as it is today.
I think that the line up of shows for this year was awesome. The magic show was great, and We Got The Beat was good for the little kids. The only thing I would change is a new show or a different show in the Southwest Amptheater ( I know I spelled that wrong). I think i've had enough of those acrobats. I'd say the Batman stunt thing would be cool. Just put something new.

I was thinking the same thing.
I also think that either in the Music Hall or in Theater Royale that they should put on a classic show that everybody knows. If it is a play that the public is used to, they will usually enjoy it more.
I think they Six Flags should stick to what they do best COASTERS!! they dont need the shows. I think the pictoruim is all they need nothing else. Six Flags can do better than a show they should spend their money on a new coaster, not hireing stupid people to do shows.
They don't have to attract people to the park. In fact, they are only a part of the whole package. Some people(even people I know) do go to the park and always have to see at least one show. It's what they look forward to each visit.(No, I'm not talking about LAFF. )
Post 1234( Hey, I never do this for any other milestone, but I thought it was neat. lol)
If you think about it not everyone goes to Great America for the rides. What if your mom, or grandma, or someone like that doesn't even like the rides? What are they supposed to do? Just walk around and stare at the pavement? No, they go see the shows. Not only is it a chance to get off of their feet for a while, it is entertaining. The shows are there to continue the family atmosphere of the park. For some guests seeing a show such as the World Of Magic, Espana Extreme, makes their day much more enjoyable. Even I like to see the shows. It gives me something to do when the lines get too long, or when it gets really hot out and I want to get into the air conditioning. So having the shows has more positive effects on the park then it does negative.

The problem with that is you need everything in High Definition for an IMAX and I don't think that Six Flags or Marriott took high quality video of the entire history of six flags.
And also considering that it's an official IMAX theater, the IMAX corperation provides Six Flags the movies to put on (I'm sure that Six Flags has some choice in what they show).
I love the shows at six flags. I think they do attract some guests. Like when some people read a magician from Las Vegas was going to come play at our six flags park, a lot of people thought that was cool. I can't speak for anyone else, but what if you have a trip with a few friends planned for a hot day in june, but a few days before you plan to go, you break your leg or something? You wouldn't want to lose your ticket or something. You can go see the shows. Maybe if you saw the shows once in awhile you'd see that they aren't stupid, some of them are really cool. Like The World Of Magic. James Brandon is really cool, and he was really entertaining, and so were the dancers.
Yeah they defnitley need to keep the shows around JGSixFlags! Me personally... I am obsessed with the Jug 'O Jugglers! On almost every one of the 43 times that I went this season I rode almost all of the rides everytime PLUS saw them. Sometimes it's nice to take a break and sit down and relax before Round 2 of coaster riding
How could anyone like James Brandon? His replacement magician was much better than Brandon, and had never been a magician before! Brandon had no sense of humor, and was a middle-of-the-road performer at best! The show was badly written, and the run-order didn't make any sense. He did the same "Snow" bit that Drew Thomas did for two years! When you watched the show, you got the feeling that he couldn't have cared less about the quality of his show. And! And! He felt the need to drop names and places in his monologues all the time! "Perhaps you've seen me performing in Las Vegas, or maybe you saw me on T.V., or maybe you saw my billboard on your way in today. Maybe you heard my radio commercial, or saw the sky-writing I paid for that said how great I am." I'll bet he performed in Vegas...in the lobby of a Motel 6!
Total. Hack.
Oh! I forgot the add...We Got the Beat was the worst show that the park has ever put on. My 7-year-old step-son even thought it was dumb! What happened to the days of "Chicago 1920's," and "The Toonite Show?" In that crappy character show this summer, you couldn't even tell which charater was doing the talking! They all sounded the same. I swear Yosemite Sam was talking at one point. I wish that control of the shows and their scripts was placed firmly back in the hands of the shows department. I mean, they can't be given much money or leeway, because if they were, they could do great things again. Thank goodness they've still got LAFF and Susan Rosen.
That's it for my rant.
