I got my pass from the park. It's so much faster now. They just scan your pass and print out a new one with the same picture. No waiting for processing next year!
I'm actually 95% sure that I'll be getting a pass now. Because I just remembered that I'm going to Six Flags twice for school. So really there's no reason not to get a pass.
I got mine on the last day(october 31st) and i didnt get a cupon book or anything. Did anyone else? If know one else did does anyone know if they will have them next year?
you have to pick up the cupon book on your first visit, they'll b selling the parking passed and stuff starting march first... atleast, thats what they told me!
I'm still a little confused, has the park announced whether or not there will be a second gate or not? I'd like to know for sure because then I'll go down and get my season pass at the much cheaper SFStL.

Im assuming there will be a seperate entrance to hurricane harbor BECAUSE NOT ALL THE SEASON PASSES WILL HAVE HURRICANE HARBOR INCLUDED FREE!!!!! ON PASSESS BOUGHT BEFORE DEC 31. AFTER THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY EITHER, SF PASS, HH PASS OR COMBO PASS. SO IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO MAKE PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT A SEASON PASS FOR THE WATER PARK,. TO HAVE TO BUY A COMBO PASS. I HIGHLY DOUBT THEY WILL NOT HAVE A SEPERATE ENTRANCE.
If there wasnt gonna be a seperate entrence, meaning the entrance to hurricane harbor would be inside the SF park. that would mean the PEOPLE WHO WANT TO VISIT SIX FLAGS HURRICANE HARBOR. would first have to pay the 44.95 to get in the park. and then another fee to get into HH? thats CRAZY. You do realize some people might only want to go to Hurricane Harbor. Not SF Park.
Single Admission, If you were smart you would actually do the research on the season passes with park with 2 gate addmission and parks with one gate admission, and you will see there are 3 different types of season passes.
1.Park 2.Water Park 3.Combo
They all have different images and Great america is only selling Park season passes, which includes Hurricane Harbor. I do noit see the offer ending anywhere on the site, all I see is.
GET THE LOWEST PRICE OF THE SEASON!
LIMITED TIME OFFER!
ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF PASSES WILL BE SOLD AT THIS PRICE!
BTW Hurican Harbor is a Six Flags park, by you saying SF park I assume you mean the theme park.
All that is ending on 12/31/04 is the LOW price, the pass will still be the same. The price will be increase to about $100 after 12/31/04 most likely, or just increase a little, the pass will not change.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
i got my season pass which is suppost to include hurricane harbor, but doesnt look like a COMBO PASS or Premium pass. It looks like a normal season pass. i ordered mine on SUNDAY!!! The 21st. I hope they gave me the right pass. Or the day the park is open i WILL HAVE SOME WORDS

Well you wont get admission to the hurricane harbor. Hurricane harbor deals are only valid at the park where they were purchesed at. I asked the guy at the HH preivew and he said that you can only use a HH pass at the park where you got it from.
That's only if you assume HH is a separate-gate park. No marketing material has blatantly said that if you don't purchase your SFGAm season pass soon, it won't get you into HH. If it were true, they'd go right out and say it. It'd be a great incentive. All we have are the words "limited time offer" in reference to no singular thing.
The reason passes people have recieved look like any other season pass is because they are. That fact highly suggests that there will be no separation of combo passes and regular passes at any point during the next season. The concept artwork at the park had changed to remove gates in front of HH. That, coupled with the fact that no season pass waterpark include vs. extra decision has been different from general admission include vs. extra decision, is reason to believe that HH will not be a separate admission park.
Although, it was expected for the park to be extra admission, it is not irrational that it won't be.
Six Flags' highest attendance parks are:
1. SFGAdv 2. SFMM 3./4. SFOT/SFGAm - some years they alternate
5. SFOG 6. SFNE.
SFGAdv, SFMM, SFOT, and SFOG are the only theme parks in the chain that have separate admission waterparks. For, SFGAdv and SFMM, it is based on attendance. But, SFOT and SFOG have logistic/geographic issues. SFOT's waterpark is across the street and SFOG's is miles away.
If you exclude parks with geographic issues, SFGAm is on the borderline beween parks with separate admission and parks with the waterpark included in the Six Flags chain.
There are two North American parks with higher attendance than SFGAm and a waterpark included with admission: Paramount's Kings Island and Paramount Canada's Wonderland. Paramount is doing okay, but I would guess that they'd be doing better (financially) than Six Flags regardless of their waterpark decisions.
If you buy a ticket for Great America you will get admission to both HH and GA. Same with a Season pass
The Problem is that Hurricane Harbor passes are only valid at the park they are purchased at, it has been that way every the started making them, and i dont think SF will make an exception for this one.
AND THEY ARE SEPRATE GATE!!! so you cant sneek acoss to HH from GA
If, as I believe, HH will not have a separate admission and is included with every ticket/pass, any Six Flags passholder will be able to get into HH at SFGAm. Any Six Flags passholder can get into HH at Six Flags St. Louis, HH at Six Flags New England, and other non-separate waterparks under different names such as Paradise Island at Six Flags America. It is only the separate waterparks (near SFGAdv, SFMM, SFOT, SGOF) that have exclusive season passes that cannot be used at the other separate admission parks.

Did you just contradict yourself? Well, I guess we will all know after New Years whether or not it is seperate gated or not, but I'm still puzzled as to why the gates were removed from the concept art at the park. Huh!
i kinda see what your saying, but THE THING IS, THEY SAID ONLY PEOPLE WHO BUY THE PASSES NOW!!!! UNTIL A CERTAIN DATE, GET HURRICANE HARBOR FREE. So if people buy them later and dont get hurricane harbor free? how do they get into the park? if there isnt a seperate gate, your telling me people will have to pay to get into the park? and then into hurricane harbor? thats bogus, i guess we will just have to wait and see
