Ummmm if I'm not mistaken, was'nt V2 about $4mil? Check your sources man. V2. Dosent nearly compare to the size of SUF ((or does it? :wink: ))

You all are a little short on those prices. Superman was at least $10 million and V2 was at least $7 million. Wicked Twister was $8.5 million.

Six Flags Never publicly announces how much it cost them to build anything. That is the Company Policy. So, there are no real answers of how much it cost expect for estimates.

Anyway, I would expect V2 to cost a lot more than a "traditional" coaster of comparable size, owing to all the electronics that it takes to make LIM's work.

If you would have read the newspaper before the beginning of the season when SUF was gonna open it said it cost between 4-8 Million. V2 would cost more because V2 has LIM Launch Track. That right there raises the cost, it also has vertical towers, it also has magnet brakes on the back tower, that raises the cost as well.

And it's still 600 feet long.

Common sense tells me that S:UF costs more. I remember somewhere around the 12 million mark.
