Moonsault Scramble

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.
Postby The Beast on October 13th, 2004, 12:45 pm
I'm doing a article in Journalism class on roller coasters and I decided to talk about Moonsault Scramble, and how it was actually the first coaster to be 200ft tall, not Magnum. If anyone has any pics or exact info that would be nice. Coasterbuzz says it opened in 1983 but RCDB says it opened in 1988. Anybody know which is right?

no idea on the date, but I do know Meisho is/was an asian Subsidiary of Vekoma.

I hear it was quite the headbanger also due to that bizare twisted inversion element, and it was torn down a few years ago.

Thanks a lot guys. I finished the project but Moonsault Scramble is always a sort of unknown topic. I heard it pulled 6.7 G's!!

It pulled too many G's and wasn't very popular with guests.
