I'll just ask my mom for a combined one for cristmas.
But if you buy a park pass is it good for only sfgam or is it good for the other six flags amusement parks too. And is a waterpark pass good to other six flags waterparks too. So my main question is, if you buy a combined can you go to any six flags parks/ waterparks?
YOU BETTER BUY YOUR WATERPARK OR COMBINED PASS IN OCT WHEN THEY GO ONSALE, SIX FLAGS SAYS ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF WATERPARK SEASON PASSES WILL BE SOLD. I DONT THINK IM GONNA GET A COMBINED PASS. WHO KNOWS HOW OFTEN I WILL GO TO THE WATERPARK
UM I LIVE IN RACINE, WISCONSIN AND I HAVE A SEASON PASS, I KNOW PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN MILWAUKEE THAT GET SEASON PASSES. ANYWAY, IF THEY DIDNT MAKE A SEPERATE SEASON PASS. AND JUST LET ANYONE WITH A 89.99 THEME PARK PASS GET INTO HURRICANE HARBOR FREE. THEY WOULD LOOSE SO MUCH MONEY. SO THEY MADE A SEPERATE PASS. AND SOME PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF ROLLERCOASTERS, NOT REALLY CAUSE OF HEIGHT SOME ARE JUST AFRAID OF THEM. SO THEY CAN GET JUST A WATERPARK SEASON PASS
OMG I though that if you get a season pass it works for both! Damn im slow lol but I might work there so does anybody know if I work at SFGAm I get in for free for the water park?
No matter how hard it is...Never EVER give up. The real failure is those who dont try.
I just checked sixflags.com and now they have removed the Combo Pass and Water Pass Pricing information and have a note that says: "WATER PARK SEASON PASS PRICING WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON." Maybe someone realized that those prices are very high compared to other Seasonal Theme Parks.
I have a feeling that they might have taken a look at sites like this one and read what people though of the price, then changed their mind. I really hope that it becomes cheaper, because then I might actually go to this waterpark.
As they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.
If they have enthusisasts pondering on to whether get a combo pass then something is definately wrong.(They could just be updating it or something, too, but they might change it afterall, who knows.)
Great Adventure's 2005 combo pass is currently at $109.99. However, I wasn't surprised at Great America's initial combo pass prices because there would be higher pass use for an entirely new waterpark.
On a related note, I was thrown by the theme-park only pass prices. $82.99 for early birds!?! The theme park itself isn't getting much if anything added. Great Adventure is only charging $74.99 now, and they're adding $25 million+ worth to the theme park next year. Plus, New Yorkers are used to paying for things at a greater price than everybody else.
It took me a while, but I finally figured out the business sense of it. If they're going to get theme park passholders to convert to combo pass holders, Great America's best chance is this year. Thus they need to decrease the price differential between the two passes to make the jump from the theme park to the combo pass look like a great value. They're probably raising the theme park pass's price for 2005 only (and maybe 2006 too to help keep the people that gave the combo pass a try) so that they can minimize the price differential.

If I don't get a job there this coming summer, I'll only stick with the theme park pass only. I'm not too much of a water park fanatic, and it's not that big of a deal to me that Gam is getting HH.
