Fright Fest signs

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

You guys need to stop complaining. The people on these forums that run fright fest work very hard to get the whole thing to work. I think that its awesome how it is. They could make some inprovements, but the average person likes it how it is. Most people go once or twice; maybe three times to fright fest. We go 4 or more. Last year i think i went 5. So we go there too much and see all the bad.

Sometimes if i haven't been to the park for awhile i start thinking about all the bad stuff about the park. Like oh i think the parks bad because condor isn't open, or oh no superman ultimate flight is only running one car. Or im not going on ragin' cajun because they dont have all the cars they can run yet. But then once you get to the park you forget about all that stuff and you go on all the stuff you want to go on.

So my point is, that you will forget about it once fright fest opens.

I Just caught something. There is a big sign outside the Hometown stage "Legends" The graves look like they are from old rock stars. Jimi hendix, Elvis, Maybe that's the new show, replacing Dead Elvis. That would be really cool.

Are there going to be chainsaw guys in necro, and a return of the clowns? The website doesnt go into much detail.

BTW, does the fright fest 2003 video from the jpm website work for anyone? I cant get it to work.

Do the chainsaw guys actually have chains on there chainsaws? Because if they don't it's like the chains guy at my local haunted house.

----

I'm really excited to fright fest this year because I didn't go last year. (No I don't care about the fright factor I'm there to have fun with the thrills and chills.)

They're real chainless chainsaws.

Anyone remember the twin sisters that walked around next to each other. They were by Hometown Square. They have not been there in like 5 years.

The Axe that I will be carrying is real...However the blade is dulled out (round). The effect is still good though. Just as the effect of a chainless chainsaw. It will still make you run away.

oh yeah....Dont forget to lick the brain...If you don't know what I mean, you will find out.

For years I have told my nephew about the "brain on a stick" and when I finally took him last year all he wanted to see was the brain. It was too funny. Yeah it has been the same guy for years and he is really nice. My nephew was talking to him last year and he was very friendly.

I don't remeber seeing them walking, but i remember they were on the steamboat-like float (From the old parade) they sat of the front and stared...They really creeped me out.

The maus is in the process of being set up. and to "try out" that would be auditions - that was this last weekend. you can still try to audition. Orientation is the first weekend in october 2nd and 3rd. i suggest if you are at least 16 years of age go one of those two days. or if you are SERIOUSLY interested email me and i will fwd it to our casting director, only SERIOUS people please. If you mess around with it - its her job on the line.

I hvent seen those twins before but just talking about it reminds me of those really creepy twins from the shining who say "come play with us", and then you see them dead and the walls bloody and an axe on the ground. I love that movie.
