No, there is a haunted house that you access through necropolis, its called the mossulum of terror, you enter necropolis and then its on the left, after the haunted house, you walk the rest of necropolis, you can walk all of necropolis without doing the haunted house but its always fun to.

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT! JPM reduced the creature list to almost nothing! A lot of charcters are gone, they reduced the amound of clowns, vamps, trolls, southwest characters and everything! Freddy and Jason are gone. What's going on!?!?

last i heard is that six flags also hires there own halloween charactors, and jmp productions does the rest, cause my friend was hired on to six flags staff for last year for fright fest and he said that half the people are hired through six flags and then some are hired through the company that helps with fright fest (jmp) so maybe just jmp reduced there half, or maybe six flags will take on the other missing charactors.

Don't Worry - We are having the same amount of chracters - if not more. We didn't reduce - things were changed around. Trust Me!!

Thanks I kind of freaked out there...

And Technop. What the @#$% are you talking about! I said the house is called MOT. What are you on?

Edit: Wait Wait Wait!
It is gone. There are lot of missing characters that were there yesterday. Unless the rearanging is not done, then i'm confused.

Just a little ramble here - If anyone is worried about this years event, don't. I honestly think this year is going to be great. We had a great turn out at pre-auditions. So Hopefully the actually auditions will be 10x better, and if so.. my speculations will be right =) This year is gonna rock!! If anyone has ANY quesitions about anything at fright fest, I can answer them. No need to worry. Remember - auditions are Next Weekend (10th-12th) Come be on the other side of the action!

-Mandy-

I don't know about the Freddy and stuff.. Those didn't do good last year. I think those are going into a different area. Don't quote me on that. But I wouldn't be surpised if thats what going on.

Yay!! Last year i went with my two friends. One of them was my friend the other was with us because we felt bad for him, because he was new to our school and he just got beat up and all of his "friends" left him. So we were at six flags, and then he was like oh im going to touch the guy with the chainsaw, so he went up to him about 30 feet away. And then we hear the chainsaw go off and he ran back crying like a little girl. It was the best. Well anyways to make the end of the story good, now he's a good friend of mine in our new group.

I love reactions like that. they are great

as for JPM they have been doing the Fright Fest at Great America for 14 years. There has been no other company that has done fright fest at GA, in Georgia and one other state. i dont recall it off the top of my head. I think total they have been doing it for 22 years.

Is JPM motorola? Because I went to sfgam with my aunt when she still worked at motorola.
I want the sfgam survivor to be held every July and August.

Ok, I just had to say something in here after reading all these posts.
I have been working Fright Fest now for, well, this will be my 3rd year.

For those of you that might be thinking of coming to auditions, I think you would regret it if you didn't (you must be 16 to audition). It is one of the funnest things you will ever do. Lot's of hard work but the rewards are incredible. You can't imagine what it is like to see the look on someone's face when you scare them.

Come out for audtions. If you think you have no time to do it, I work 40+hours a week in downtown Chicago, travel by train to get there, and have a family. This year my son gets to work Fright Fest with me. Exciting stuff.

For those that are coming to visit us at Fright Fest this year, I personally gauruntee you will have fun and or be scared.

Come see me in Necro, I will be there, dead as usual and and making you jump out of your shoes

Don't worry, all the characters will be there, Trolls, Clowns, Vamps and most importantly? ME!!!!!

Remember, Auditions Sept 10-12
Remember to come to Necropolis
Remember to go home scared!

What Character are you?

Edit: I was looking at the pics of the FF Sneak Peek, and the Elvis Stage isn't there. He usually has an extra stage where the decorations are, and then zombie jamboree is on the main stage. But the Elvis Stage isn't there. They also have those barriers on the main stage, are they getting ride of Zombie Jamboree/Dead Elvis. Elvis was in the Mardi Gras Parade, but... I love those two shows, i'm nervous now.

I can't tell you who I am...

 I am very tall, I'm in Necro and I carry an AXE. "NICE AXE", "Thanks, I work out"

Dead Elvis WILL be there. Not sure if they have moved him or not but he will be there. He is doing 60 shows this year.

The Zombie Jamboree is there as well....

Do you alway want it to be the same? Sometimes change is good.

I Don't always want it to be the same. I just love the zombie jamboree. And Except for the Vampire (Who are the coolest) I don't like the fact the creature list is a reflection of last year. And Are you the "Torturer" or did they get rid of him too?

No, I'm not the Torutrer. He did not carry an AXE. I was up in that area. The upper part of Necro.

I got to be in the Jamboree the year before last, it was fun.

What do you mean it is a reflection of last year? Necropolis is going back to what it should be, a bunch of zombies. There will still be some regular stuff in there as well.

It seems like fright fest is getting worse and worse. Not to complain about this year, but I remember in 2000 there were way more characters like butchers and stuff, and the trolls were way better. Its called FRIGHT FEST. If people get too scared, there idiots who shouldnt even be allowed in. I think after 5 it should be scarier.

I think you guys should just do away with those stupid plastic dinosoar things that I wanna takle every time I see them and bring back the creepy sailor dudes and have a ton of chainsaw guys like halloween horror nights. Do away with the stupid gothic chicks and stuff and swarm people with shovels and chainsaws.

What Great America Wants - They Get. Tons and Tons of ideas go past them but if they dont like it, it cant be done. Like the Not So Scary. Alot of people complain about that, its a family park. There has to be something for everyone. Thats they way it goes. Honestly - We work out Butts off. If you don't like it - don't go. Everyone does their best. There's only so much we can do. If you have complaints the only way it will get resolved is by bringing it to the park.

Sorry to sound mean - but its the truth.
