Today being the last day of weekday operation until Fright Fest Fridays, I figured that crowds would be at a minimum. BOY WAS I WRONG! upon rolling onto grand Avenue, I saw even fewer cars than I could have ever anticipated. As the day went on, the lot seemed to become more crowded, but the park stayed beautifully uncrowded.
Notes.
-Viper seemed to be running pretty good again
-Sky trek Tower needs some work on the AC
-Raging Bull Trimmed HEAVILY.
-Giant Drop running three cars with 2 seats closed on one car.
-AE Red station was EMPTY, got 7 rides in a row without getting off!
-Demon also provided a couple Re-Rides
-Deja Vu was getting its paths pressure washed, as I watched, the guy (who looked like a plain old janitoral staff member) took it upon his own to remove some of Vu's Camouflage toward the bottom of the supports.
Closed Rides.
Condor
East River Crawler
IMS, and Loggers run, both drained.
AE Blue
Deja Vu
Trailblazer
King Chaos ( I watched it as it was testing, and it broke down, after i rode Cajun, I came back to watch a mechanic scratching his head walking out of the queue say "this damn ride sucks.")
May have been others, but I forget.
Interesting note, I heard MANY people talking about the waterpark, so word has gotten around.
EDIT: The New O'Hare oasis is sweet.

My mom, my dad, and my neighbor that I don't know.( jk) Do you mean in general like kids, teens, or adults? Or did you want to know the names and addresses of each and every person? Maybe that will help Timmy answer your question.

I got back from today, unbelievablly empty. Also, ERC and King Chaos did open later in the day about 5:30ish.
Congrats to me for getting 101 rides on Demon for the month of August with a total of an amazing 50 rides on Demon today. Brad wont be beating me this month.

I too heard people talking about the waterpark, couldnt help but listen in on their conversation. They were talking about serperate prices for the two parks, and later in line that guy saw a mechanic and they seemed to have known each other.

The Six Flags stock holders and higher ups (at least the ones that pay attention), probably a bunch of SFGAm employees, people that read these forums and the people that they told about it, and probably Village of Gurnee.
Uhh, I don't really like the village of gurnee. They wouldn't let my family have a pool onetime and it made me sad. Let's just hope that they don't make sfgam put in just kiddie pools.
I want the sfgam survivor to be held every July and August.
^Yeah, think about coming down a tube slide and instead of a regular pool you are forced to be stopped in 1½ feet of water in a kiddie pool. If your lucky you can take out some kids while your stopping! All kids are worth 10 points, adults worth 15, and teenagers worth 20!!!

As a person who reads this forum, i must say, i dont really give a crap about the new waterpark, it will decrese the amount of people on the rides during the Summer thats a great thing. but, i never plan on using its ficilities anyway
