Hahahaha, College at Marquette starts for me on Wednesday....

Then again, I have $760 in books that I had to buy....

But when those books include Introduction to SolidWorks, and Introduction to Engineering, I don't mind....

Yesterday I went to a Kerry Edwards campaign rally in Milwaukee. John Edwards was there and did a great job speaking. He shook hands afterwards. I got to shake hands with John Edwards! :D

I swear, the further south you go, the earlier they start school. I have a friend in GA who's already started as well. I start classes next week and we get out the last week of April. I know of no other school that does that.

I started on the 23rd. Spicy. I got 560.00 dollars in books. Akk, only one is Meteorology.

I guess one upside is only having 2 hours of classes today. They also start at 11am. :D

Yeah, my sister's friends has a class at 7am every weekday of the first semester. It is also the only time offered and it is expected to be completed.

That sucks.

I go back the 31st, which is nice since a lot of schools in my area started allready. I just hope "senior-itis" doesn't get to me too fast.

Hey aero, I'm going to start applying to colleges and NIU is on my list, do you have any info or comments on the college? I have a few friends who go there and they like it, but I want more input.

I don't see how sitting in 90 degree humid weather can be considered nice, but that's because I prefer winter weather. and I suppose schools farther south may have air conditioning. I never enjoyed the first weeks of school until I got my apartment with AC. this year, I don't really need it, though.

Our school has air conditioning throughout the whole school.

They use it in the auditorium, main office, and cafeteria.

During the Winter it's usually about 60-65 in the entire school, the Cafeteria and Auditorium being much colder. Our school likes to save money at students expense.

I'd rather it be 15 degrees for a month than 75 all the time. I'm weird like that.
