Which Ride Would You Like To See In The Future?

The park needs to get its inversion count back up so I would say a B&M floorless. A friend of mine had this crazy idea of putting a rocket coaster around AE. Doesn't have to be the tallest or fastest, but it should have one unique feature. Take out the SW Theater and thats where the station could go. It is fun to use your imagination.

I want a chaos or a zipper. I've never been on a chaos but I've seen pictures and some of my friends have been on them. Now about the zipper..... I've been on that who knows how many times.

I would also love for SFGAM to get a 4th dementional coaster seeing as X was a prototype and there has been a second one yet. Now when the water park comes out they should have one or more coasters going all over it (but for the theme park itself) I've seen pictures of a place that did it once and it looked pretty fun.

Now a ride I want the water park to get would have to be both a tornado and a master blaster.

First please give up on Shockwave, it's never coming back.

I would say there is a 100% chance Shockwave will not come back. Now with the addition of the water park there is no room to spare for Shockwave. Anyone who thought it would ever come back to Great America after it was removed was crazy.

How many rides(especially roller coasters) do any of you know of that were taken down and were built back in the same park? I can't think of a single one...

Planea I assume that post was directed towards me. The park has plenty of places to add a coaster, but they do not have room to spare for Shockwave. Please tell me you don't think it will be rebuilt at Great America.

Ok shockwave is not coming back or at lest i dont think it is. But since you said there is room between whizzer and viper. there isnt but since they are taking out winners circle go-karts or so ive heard a lot. then yes there would be room

You trying to tell me they can't fit a major ride like shockwave in there. May I add that plot of land extends all the way up to Whizzer, that picture aitn showing it all.

I put Not a rumor thread, so no one would start rumors. It's fine if you wish that Shockwave would come back, but when someone says I believe 100% that Shockwave is not coming back that would be one. So, can we please get back on topic?

I think since the park's enterence gates where the security guarls are look pretty nastly, we sould obviously keep the carosuel but either add a main street midway like at gadv leading up to it, or create a Lost kennywood area. If you've seen pics or been there you know what Im talkin about. If not, its an old fasioned amusement park feel like belmont park and there could be beautiful gardens, carosuel music, fountains, statues, and a new ice cream parlor. It would look so cool.

Ridewise:

1. Make a skyway/chairlift ride.
2. Open the picnic grove and give it either the ukon name or a new england/seaside theme with a lot of gardens again, and put a hugewhite ferris wheel back there by the mosoleum. It could be made by premier like the one at dca, and have cars that can roll back and forth. The color sceme could be white with colorful cabins.
3. Get a scooby doo ghost blasters ride somewhere in yukon.
4. I think we need a really fast launched coaster, so either an intamin, a premier, or an S&S launched 4d prototype. The location could be by ssa and have a launch toward bull, a tophat, a tunnel that turns to the right, and a huge banked turn aroun the front of the pictorium into some low to the ground helixes and hills, or behind the swt amhitheater where theres some land.
5. We need to replace the rock wall with a haybayler ride so that people cant see all that blacktop, and put the climbing wall in eagle's huge tent.
6. Another flat we need is an s&s sky swat called diablo or sumthin in swt with the same color scheme as the one in texas.
7. Since our park is so compact and there are so many roller coasters, in my opinion theres allmost no place in the park with a realxing amusement park atmosphere. If I was in charge and they opened the picnic grove I'de make it all old fasioned amusements like the rides that were popular in the 20s. It wouldnt have any coasters and would mostly be gardens and food stands.
8. Even before i knew about the mark twain Riverboat at disneyland I ate at a resteraunt/casino somewhere in navada I think and it looked like a big white boat. I think they could put a full survice resteraunt on a big white boat or a pirate ship in orleans place by the we got the by the theatre. It wouldnt fit though no matter how cool it would be, so forget it.
9. A relaxing themed boat ride like pirates but outdoors and less expensive replacing ice mountain and flowing back toward the picnic grove called the earie canal. it would start where ice mountain is in what would look to be a reproduction of the rochester aquiduct back in the day scaled down so the tsllest building is 10 feet tall. It could have a real patriotic jingle, flow through some fall foliage on the water, a few locks you enter and exit, ride by props like ducks in the water, fish jumping around, a man on horseback dressed like they used to dress in the 1800s,under a bridge, past some small scale reproduction of landmarks and mansions, and, you would sit in cool little wooden brown boats. I know it would never happen or never fit but it would be awesome if there was a god location for it in ou park and some more creative show scenes.

Kennywood what a gem. They prove time and again how to make room. Why does anybody think we're land locked? If Kennywood took over Great America rides would go in all the wasted spot we have. Yes we have a lot but move the Wall Bam land, Viper Whizzer Bam Lot's of Land, Service Road Huge amount of land, Behind Eagle Blue and S.W. Territory tons of room, Behind Camp Cartoon Network Land. Take out that waste of space Ice Mountian Trash and a Whole section would fit there. If this year didn't learn ya anything about ride placement, or V2 nothing will until its done and done it will be.

Like a new type of coaster. (crazy idea) Or something that breaks a record. The only thing in the park that I think breaks a record is Fiddiler's Fling.

Since you mentioned Scooby Doo Planea, I think that SfGam needs a Scooby Doo interactive Dark ride from Sally. Those things are awesome and attract a lot of families into the line.

Basically everyone is saying they want a shooter one. Now I've only been on the Men in Black one and the Toy Story one and I liked the men in black one better. Only because it was more up-pace and exciting. Even though in the toy story one you get to control the spinning.

Now I've never been on the Scooby Doo one. What's it like?
