I'm still hoping whatever they are doing isn't waterpark related. It just seems really stupid to build it that far out in the lot.

Yeah if they put the waterpark seperate from SFGAM you will probably have to pay, and that wont really help the ride lines. If they make it seperate less people will go for sure.

I have read many comments by people guessing or postulating that the park would be in the far corner of the overflow lot, and then have the parking shared in the middle of both parks.

While a minor POV held, it never seemed unrealistic and now looks slightly more realistic, eh.

If this IS the spot, it only further proves my assertion that, regardless of location, it will be a separate gate with separate and combo admission.

I think it would be very smart for SF to put the park in the overflow lot. I have always believed it would be a seperate gate with an option for you to buy different pass options. The parking lot could be shared easily and it would make a nice buffer zone. We will have to see

I am going to say what i have all this time. I think the park will be right next to the park. Otherwise there really is no reason to move Winner's circle. They would only get an extra 20 feet of parking it would be pointless.

20 spaces is still 20 spaces. Both parks are going to be killing for parking and they will need all the space they can get. There are many different possibilites that could occur. It is just to early to tell.

My point is they are demolishing 300 parking spaces and gaining 20. It's really pointless. You could be right, obviously we don't know but i think it would be really pointless otherwise.

Who knows? They could be removing Winner's Circle for other reasons than the waterpark and parkinging.

The waterpark will go in the bus lot... My guess is they are probably found a way to reconfigure the current lot to make more spaces to recover the lost ones.

The trees were probably removed to allow for more spaces

I am hoping they put it in the overflow lot It never fills anyway, and it would look really cool with the two parks facing each other. When your in the parking lot, the water slides will stick out like a soar thunm and draw you toward the water park in the same way that cinderellas castle draws people into magic kingdom. There will still be a ton of spaces left in that lot next year if its going in there. The parking will just fill up around it early and then fill gam's lot. Gams lot is never packed anyways, and more spots will be made availiable with the go carts gone and if they make the bus lot smaller.

You know what I cant get over now that they are ading a waterpark? The main enterance gate will probibly say Six Flags Illinois like mm and gadv do. That would be tite.

The overflow lot has been packed alot more this year than last year. What I would do is make the park a fullblown resort, it may seem pratical at first. Trust me it is. Making a graphic, ill post it when I'm done.

No, it most likely is going to be a seperate entrance, simply because SF said they don't expect to make the 35 million back next year, but they do in 2006, the only logical way to make that amount of money that fast is to charge a seperate admission, besides the major SF parks already are doing that SFMM, SFGAdv, etc...

^What? That would be too much for just a parking lot. IF the waterpark is in the parking lot, parking is gone.

For the bus lot, some people think that the waterpark will go there. If you really think that they will getting rid of a "bus lot", you would have to be crazy. Even if the waterpark did go over there, I would expect them to move the bus lot to a new location also (maybe near the lake?).

That red area is way too small for a hotel. You could fit the whole hotel property inside bull's figure 8. I think if theyv were to get a hotel, they would need a parking garage. The name for the citywalk think could be downtown district or sumthin.

Considering it was done in Paint or the similar, I doubt it was to scale.

Thankyou....But you get my point...>Added parking cold go over the retention pond. They have thooses new parking lots that are built over retention ponds, and are inexpensive, cheap, and need hardly any maintence. That could be your new parking people.
