Even they they are not Knex, I have made some models out of cardboard, markers, glue gun, wire, coffee cans, scissors, chalk, small fan motors, and electrical tape.
The big problem is that I don't own a digital camera to show the rides I made, but I will tell you.
SFGAm rides:
BTR-black, Triple Play-orange, Orbit-Red and Blue which moves because of fan motor, Swings-I guess you can call them Whirlgig, Condor, and Fiddler's Fling, Big Top
Other Rides:
Typhoon, Tilt-A-Whirl, Tornado, Inverter, 1001 Heights instead of Nachts, Thunder Bolt which also moves due to fan motor, High Roller, Ferris Wheel, Super Sizzler, Chaos and Paratrooper move because of a remote control car motor (backwards or forwards), Himalaya, Red River Crawler by BTR (Yes, I said red. It looks more like a Spider though at a carnival.), a cheap Pharoah's Fury, Wipeout, Wonder Woman's Lightning Whip built from SFGAm set, and Zipper made out of Zaks (I think that's the name.) that uses a toy so it can can go backwards and forwards. I don't have it so the whole thing moves. Zippers have three motors, I only have the one connected directly to the truck.
No wonder why my parents tell me to stop building rides.
I apologize again for not having a digital camera.

What does that have anything to do with calling me a nerd? You were probably looking at the Superman music topic, and got it from that.

Well, here's what I have so far done on my Sky Whirl model. I will use empty thread spools for cabins, then wrap the K'nex pieces in paper for some realisim. It is not motorized.
That's why i'm going to wrap up the K'nex in paper. Think of the K'nex as a frame. For now. The cardboard box base will also be lined with those little plastic trees for train models, the sign will look more realistic, I will also paint the box to have grass, the loading platform, and some other junk.
I also agree, good work. I can't wait to see the finished project. I heard you like Power Dive. Are you going to build one of them?

I'm thinking about making more rides. I used to have a non-working model of Revolution (not the rollercoaster), but disassembled it to build the Sky Whirl.
Your a very skilled person. I wanted to buy two of the screaming serpant sets two years ago to make shockwave or something but i had no room to build it.
I made a 1/14 scale model of the zipper flat ride from a carnival in my town out of K'NEX. I submitted it to the annual K'NEXper panel competition, where 10 winners between the ages of 6 and 16 get to have their models showcased for a whole year, plus a lot of other perks, like free parts and previews and stuff. I worked on it for three months, and I made it super detailed, but alas, I was only one of 20 semifinalists. Lol, anyway, I'll post a picture of it, if anyone is interested, I took like 20 of them before I took it apart. It was pretty neat, finished it was about 4 feet high, 4 feet deep (because of the trailer) and 3-4 feet wide.
"Wow, look dad! They got 8 packs o' Kidneys!"
"Ya, but you gotta buy the cooler too, that's where they getcha..."
