It's been running 1 train since Wednesday evening. Maybe the other one has been fixed by now, though.

2 all day today.

Yeah, I firgured the other one would be back by now. Maintenance was working on it a lot yesterday from what I saw and heard.

One row is still broke in one of the SUF trains though.

IW was superb today. They were flying. East River Crawler, this time and last time, were really slow.

Yeah, I forgot there was a row out of commission. That probably affected the wait. But even so, it was running 2 trains...I still can't understand why it took so long. They had been stacking a lot for some reason, could it be because of those new bins in the station?

Not long ago the crew had been so efficient. In fact one night we even stalled on the lift for a second because the other train hadn't even cleared the block yet!

They were most likely filling car 3 every other train with people in line for car 4, and since that part of the station was taped off people in line for car 3 every other train would go to 2.

Yesterday i noticed that giant drop takes forever to get on. We waited about 20 minutes for it, the line only had one switchback thingy and was backed up to the second area. <You probly have no idea what im talking about, but if it says the line is an hour with the whole thing filled, then why did it take twenty minutes with the whole thing filled without any maze?

They don't expect to use the back switchbacks anymore. That's why there are only shades in the one section of switchbacks. The wait time on Giant Drop is most likely not the crews fault. The ride has horrible loading times.

Also, something just came to me. Aren't most crews going to be different every day? Unlike Cedar Point, SfGam ride op's get trained for a variety of different rides. I saw someone that was on Raging Bull one day and at Superman another. There are other examples of that too.

But yeah, Batman is always great.

Actually I usually see the same ops on the same rollercoasters. But it's possible that they are trained for different rides incase of understaffing.

A lot of them are trained for rides in their area (like some Demon ops will be trained for Viper and Raging Bull in case they need it, both are in the west area of the park). The only people that are crossed areas often are good ones or have been there for awhile.

About Drop, it's only full a few days of the season (if that).

Yeah, ops are cross-trained for other rides in case help is needed at a different ride.

S:UF- A
BY FAR the best, most consistent crew in the park, they have those perfect load times where the train leaves the station right before the other stacks almost every time. Also i've seen a few slow lifts this season, not the smartest thing to do but still fun to look at :).

B:TR- B
They normally don't stack too long and are pretty consistent, but they still go pretty slow, if they picked up the pace just a little like the S:UF crew the stacking would be eliminated (of course theres nothing you can do about slow guests).

V2- C
Bleh, lame ride, lame crew. The ride probably has to cool down between launches so that might make a bad impression, but they do take their time, and plenty of it.

Iron Wolf- C
Not very consistent, sometimes they'll be going fast with minimal stacking and sometimes they'll just flat out suck. Also the FastLane person needs to group and have people fill the back of the station first.

American Eagle- B
They take their time but theres really no modivation, as the interval is about as long as it gets. They do stack more than they should just do to overall slowness, but mostly do not stack and are pretty consistent.

Déjà Vu- C
Started out good, when a bunch of new people came and everything just slowed down. Even when they're grouping they still leave 1B empty all the time and find that acceptable. Some of them like to screw around a lot (sometimes when Vu's down they come over to Demon and mispark it, and find it funny ). Overally mediocre which earns them a b, but due to meaness drops down a letter.

Demon- B
"Veteran" crew is real good, never stacks. The new people are godawful slow, and don't really give a crap. Sometimes stack just because their slow, which is not acceptable. But normally they're consistant without stacking, which is really the only thing that matters (no stacking).

Whizzer- A.
Never stacks with two trains and almost always hits the interval with 3 trains, good enough for an A.

Viper- A
Very consistent, hardly ever stack (when they due it's because of a guest). Good enough for me.

Raging Bull- A
They run 3 trains all the time without stacking, very consisetant, keep things flowing smoothly. Good crew.

I'd raise Iron Wolf, Batman: The Ride, and Deja Vu a letter, at least from my experiences. Overall, I agree, though.

Also they should be banned from Demon, I don't find misparking it on purpose funny at all.

the sad part is that all of those crews should be getting an A. Iron Wolf might be the only ride that usually can't hit interval due to people not wanting to stand up.

Ragin' Cajun- A. They always hit interval, but that is due to them only running 56% of the possible capacity.(5 of 9 cars)

I would give V2 a letter raised to a B and the D Vu crew working late when I went were terrible. I would give them an F. This is pretty sad considering the park is closed. You would think that they would hurry up. The ones during the day were superb, so I give them an A. So, it does average to a C. Call call VT.

Whiizer I decided to do since all year has been excelent:

Whizzer Crew A: Theese people are allways similing, having a good time(for the most part,) and mingling with the guest. I noticed that families enjoy it, and not only are they a good/happy crew....How many crews can handle a three train op on Whizzer with no stacking(besides disabled riders or stupid guest.) I can tell you, I would go crazy doing thooses manual spiels all day. Great Job whizzer crew, if any one deservees a raise its you.

Most of the Mardi Gras crew seemed like good ride-ops from what I saw.

On Thursday, Deja Vu's and V2's crews were faster than before, especially on V2. I was impressed, I was a little annoyed with how slow past crews were.

^ Yeah, I can't ever see GAm running all 9 cars on RC. I can picture a stacking nightmare in my mind.

I think it runs fine with 5-(6) how it is now. It would be stupid to run 9 unless they sent the cars through the station without stopping (even though a lot of the time now it loads faster than it would with that).

They really should run 9 cars on Ragin' Cajun. It can be done, so why doesn't the park run all 9? You say it would be slower, but other rides of the same model have proven to get higher capacity. If you get an efficient crew, it could be done.

They have 6 onsite of the actual ride. I have no idea where the other 3 are, and don't really care. It's fine with 5 (i've never seen it run 6).

At WDW they run more cars because they keep the cars moving. The station is much smaller by us to have so many do this. I didn't help that much with the line anyway. It was still slow. The way I think of it is this way. Just because there are more people on the ride doesn't mean it's necessarily faster, instead people are waiting on the ride in comparision to the actual line. Yes, four cars are better than three, but at a certain point it just doesn't help.
