5 minutes this season maby, but we need to act befor it gets even more out of hand. next season it may only be 5 more minutes but soon it will becaome a very large problem. And i want somthing done now, befor it gets out of hand even more!

I agree with my friend Kiwi. Linejumpers do make lines longer. The more people that linejump, the longer we patient people have to wait. And yes, something does need to be done.
I know with Kiwi and I, we wrote a letter to SF complaining about the lack of effort with the staff. Staff should do something when Linejumping is reported. I agree about the lack of effort by some of the ops. but some are great at their job for controlling line jumping.
It isn't like line-jumping has just started getting bad now. There has always been line jumpers. Most people are good at bot line jumping.
