hey every one!!!!! ... Im in arizona right now.... it is hot as heck out here !!! well any way ... next week im heading up to valencia california to visit SFMM!!! its going to be awsome!!!!!!!! ill give all u details when i get back!!
STE is closed because of the Intamin T-bar (I believe) and they won't open it until they get a new system. On top of that, California is hard on park safety.

It was shut down after inspection a loooong time before it needed new restraints (which it still needs before it can open).
Sky Tower and Metro closed due to maintenence problems they had years ago that were either never fixed or can't be fixed. Flashback down due to Hurricane Harbor being open.
B:TR in one train because the other was tagged out by OSHA, same with RRv and Colossus. I also believe on of Scream!'s trains is or was tagged out along with Viper.
BTW that 'fo sho' closed rides list has dramatically gone down the past few months, sometimes including (use to include Spin Out, Swashbuckler, Vu, Atom Smasher, probably a few more flats).
How is Spin Out? Is it worth the $5 at Astro Amusements?

I thought I heard end of the year or possibly as early as Fright Fest on ACN? Not that anyone really cares about the closing in on if not already surpassed $100 million nightmare .
SFMM is worthless. Sure they have as many coasters as CP, but half of them are never open or operate with 1 train and 4 hour long lines. I've never been there, just heresay.
I also agree at the fact that too many people hype up sfmm to be something with "Out of this world fun".
Another thing you notice in commercials is that they use most of their rides/attractions. Since the park is not too far from Hollywood, they just take that footage and make commercials out of it, insted of wasting money traveling and taking footage, not that they don't travel for footage.
I'd rather see quality at a sf park than quantity of the best rides or whatever. Any otyher major sf park in the chain (GAm,GAdv,sfof) have it better than mm would ever be.
SFMM keeps sounding worse and worse to me. The impression I get is it's dirty, nothing's open, and operations are horrible. I'd like to visit to form my own opinion, but I'm not in any hurry.
That impression is a pretty accurate immpression of what it actually is NOW. 2 years ago it was nothing like this. When I went the only rides that were down were Spin Out and Flashback(for obvious reasons), Sky Tower, and I think Metro was closed but I'm not completely sure.
Yes I know so well that when SF doesn't have the staffing - bam, that ride just doesn't open. They don't do any extra calling, they sacrifice that ride for the day.
