What's the camera policy for the major rollercoasters? It didn't say on the site.

Pretty much on all major rides ( Including Roller Coasters) Camera's, Video Recorder's etc. Are Not allowed, they'll make you put them usually in the box on the side of the ride.
Some ride ops let you take it on if it is really small (not video camera).
I have seen many people with video cameras

Technically, you are not allowed to have ANY type of camera on ANY ride other than Sky Trek Tower and the Six Flags Scenic Railroad.What any other ride op does is bending the rules. I should know, I've done it. And its pretty damn easy to smuggle a camera on.
