Gonna happen? NO. Land prices are through the roof, and its doesnt make sense to build ANOTHER park from scratch that will take A LONG TIME to make profitable, becasue of the already fragmented tourist demographic.
In english, what I'm saying is that because there are too many parks, and not enough tourists, and the tourists go to Florida to be themed out of their minds, SF would have to spend mucho-dinero to build something that would fit.
No, look at the parks in FLA.
BGT, IOA, USF, SWO, and of course WDW.
With the way SF parks are, there is NO WAY a regional SF park can compete with that, considering all those parks have thrill rides and then some.
Like some other members have said, the parks that are already there have the amusement industry there cornered. A lot of you guys don't realize that most SF parks are atleast 30 years old and took a long time to build up to size. These days, unless there isnt a park for a large mile radius, building a park from scratch and it being successful, cost way more money than any of these companies have to spend.
SFI doesn't exactly like to theme their parks through the roof, and all the other parks in Flordia do. I think the simple fact is if they put a park in Florida people would go their once, decide that it looks terrible and that they would rather go to IOA or WDW next year...

Well first off a lot is two words.
Also, as I said before, SF would just be digging into more debt by investing in FLA (unless they're willing to go all out IOA style, which I highly doubt SF would do).
