Isnt it weird?

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Isnt it weird that a lot of parks are now getting "Superman" rides now? Its kinda getting stupid with all these supermans and batmans and other superhero names.

Yea I think it is cool to have a superhero be a ride name and have the ride themed like the hero!

Well it is Six Flags and they follow a common theme. Superman and Batman are two comics that they follow and the rides are good so I'm not going to argue.

And I forgot to mention "Batman and Robin: The Chiller" which is a dual LIM/LSM coaster.

I don't really mind all the Batman/Superman rides... I don't see why it's so horrible that they have a lot of them.

No, Joker, he means Batman. It's a stand up at Six Flags Astroworld. It's one of the few Intamin stand ups that look very B&M-like.

Corey, I believe that would be Batwing, it is at SFA. It is a clone of X-Flight.

Or is X-Flight a clone of Batwing!? Muhahahaha  I forgot about Batwing, that ride looks really cool because of its location next to a forest. It looks like in a couple turns your fly right toward the trees.

I think it's good to have many Batman and Superman rides. Why not exploit them when you have the rights to them? However, I think that they should use some other characters also. (Cough Wonder Woman cough) How about having a Tom&Jerry ride considering it's on Cartoon Network also? If they ever had a TMNT ride, I would probably keel over.

This is going to sound sexist, but do you really want to ride "WONDER WOMAN THE RIDE?" now i know some of you would want to ride wonder woman, thats a different convo on a different website, but seriously?

NEW AT SIX FLAGS: Challenge WONDER WOMAN THE RIDE

sorry folks not going to happen.

As for TNMT? Seriously how old are you?

One other comment, if there ever was a Wonder Woman ride, would it have to be down for 1 week a month for unspecified reasons?

What about Flash The Ride? Yes, that does sound weird but think about Flash is a super hero because of his SPEED. And some roller coasters are known for their SPEED.
