Any body watching the NBA Playoffs? Its been a great second round so far.
In game 5 of the Laker VS. Spurs series there was the greatest game tying shot and the greatest game winning shot I have ever. Yesterday the Nets VS. Pistons game went to a couple of overtimes. Chauncey Billups made a (almost halfcourter) shot to send it to O.T.
Sammy Sosa moves up on the career Home Run list, Greg Maddux inches towards win # 300, Mark Prior graduates from college, the team is 1.0 game behind Houston, and Kerry Wood did not appeal the suspension (5 games).
SFGA 11, I agree the game winning shots lately have been unbeliveable. I didn't think there was any way in the world Tim Duncan could get that shot off in time in game 5, not only did he do it and make it. He also left .4 seconds time on the clock for Derek Fischer to make another awesome shot. Probably the best finish to a game I have ever seen.
Looking forward to Game 6 and a Lakers win tonight .
The Cubs sweep away the Padres and come back home this Tuesday. The Cubs and Astros are now tied for 1st in the NLCentral.
The Chicago Rush get a playoff bid with a win over Dallas.
Although I didn't see one of the Cubs-Padres series, the cubs really needed the sweep. We have to wait to see how they can run with all the injuries we've been having. Good news is that Prior pitched 2 uneventful innings in mesa today. He could be back soon!
Actually, hes on the 60 day Disabled list and wont be back until atleast june 7th(i think) I don't know whether or not you consider that soon, but yeah
Well at least the Cubbies are in first, hopefully they can win the next couple of games, as for the Soxs they broke up the sweep today, with a 11-0 slaughter against the Twins.
For all of you early birds, watch ABC 7's morning show tomorrow. I'm going to be there along with some of the people from the TV studio at my high school. They've also got a prime location for the Geneva Police shooting incident... that was right in front of the gas station I go to... So you might just see me on Tv! ( Most likely not since I'll be following the guys/gals who push the buttons, because that is SOO much better than being on TV._
Kyle, got a story about what happened? When we were comming back from chicago it was madness and a lot of people couldn't get to their cars from work. Our work is only 1/2 a block from there.
I think I heard Roz Varon(Traffic) say the guest camera-person was named Kyle and told him to say "hello" with the camera. I only caught the last half-hour of the show, though.
I have a question for Brad Papas, Is there any relation by you to Maria Papas the Tresurer of the State of Illinois? PM me the answer. Im really curious
The Braves are on a bad streak right now. Sunday they struck out 18 times on behalf of Ben Sheets, and yesterday Randy Johnson throws a perfect game against them. Hey today they at least have 1 run now, buts its already the bottom of the 8th.

Oh And the Cubs Won...
I don't know what more I can ask.
Good days rock, congrats!
As for me I'm prolly getting a promotion at work and I ran a quarter mile of 13.234 # 102 mph at Great Lakes Dragaway. A 13.4 is considered a professional run in my car, and that's what most car magazines ran. BAM! Take that Car and Driver/Road and Track.
Also, SFGAm Media Day in 4 hours, hope it doesn't rain too much.
