Apparently someone dressed up as Tigger molested a 13 year old girl and her mother. This is sad.

Wow this guy is really sick, I really hope that he is meantly insane for his own sake for doing this kind of disgusting thing, but chances are he's just another one of the many creeps that inhabit this world. I feel sorry for anyone who has encountered this kind of thing.

That is just horrible.. there has to be something seriously wrong with him. See all women/girls should start taking kickboxing at the age of 8! See how many men try this then.. I'm being completely serious in this day and age children even have to know how to defend themselves from this stuff. It's pretty sick but the truth. There are some messed up people out there!
