What SFGAm rides haven't you ridden yet?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby DejaVu28140 on May 3rd, 2004, 2:50 pm
What SFGAm rides(past or present) haven't you had the chance to ride yet in the past 15 years?

Mine would have to be Tidal Wave, Dare Devil Dive, Z-Force, Sky Trek Tower, Roaring Rapids, and Space Shuttle America. This is all kind of sad, since I've been going to the park since I've been 6...(I'm now 17).

Dare Devil Dive, Giant Drop, Shockwave(I wasn't tall enough and now I am and Shockwave is now gone.).

Z-Force, Tidal Wave, (I didn't get to ride eather because I was just 1 years old when Tidal Wave was taken down and also Z-Force I was to young.)
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

A lot lol. Z-Force, Tidal Wave, Rolling Thunder, Gulf Coaster, Columbia Carousel, Rue Le Dodge, Power Dive, Ice Mountain Splash, Logger's Run, Splashwater Falls, Dare Devil Dive, a few of the kiddie rides, Ameri-Go-Round, Scenic Railway, Trailblazer, Chubasco, Ricochet, Triple Play, Hometown Fun Machine, and any other past ride at SFGAm.

My goal is to ride every ride at SFGAm this year. I've been going since 2000.

I was just about to comment on the reject kiddie rides. I think Spaceley's is just as fun as Raging Bull for some people.

Lets see I haven't been on:
1)All kiddie and retired coasters(except shockwave)
2)Chubasco
3)Deja Vu(unfortunatly)
4) That Octopus thing
5) Both Carosels
Thats all I can think of now.
I wish I lived in Chicago so I could go to Six Flags more often!

I can proudly say that I have been on every past and present coaster at the park (Ragin Cajun coming soon).

All other rides I have ridden past and present except the recent kiddies(I am to freakin big for them), and any of the upcharge attractions(I won't waste my money).
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Last year was my first time going to sfgam, so I didn't get to ride Shockwave....:( I'm not all that mad about it, because it seemed as if it was a headbanger....but I am still interested in seeing what they are going to do with that. They better not put it to waste!

The Go-Cart track is actually pretty good in my opinion, it's not realy worth the $8 or whatever it is but if you like Go-Carts its worht a spin if your willing to be overcharged a little.

Well, lets see :)

Rides I missed all together: Davie Jones Dinghies, Gulf Coaster, Bottoms Up, HillTopper, Kiddie Bumper Cars in Orleans Place, probably a random kiddie or 2, I know i havent ridden any of the new kiddies in the 1998 expansion exept for spacleys, missed the Freeis Wheel (original small one back where wolf is now), missed Delta Flyer (the sky ride) and Southern Cross, The Roundup who's name I forget that was replaced by Tidal Wave and probably a few others that I'm forgetting. (addition, but it's not a ride so I dont care, Rock Wall and Euro Bungy)

Rides I missed at SFGAm but rode later on: Z-Force, caught up with it at SFMM (unfortunately), Traffique Jam (the cars that is, Ridden at Knoebels), though I rode it at SFGAm I also rode Tidal Wave at both SFOG and SFKK, rode The Edge at GL, SFO and SFWOA.

Ride at SFGAm that I dont want/care to ride but probably will eventually: Winners Circle Go-Karts

I think that covers all bases :)
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder
Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping
Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
