Giga Coaster 2027?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I'm new to this forum, but I feel like this needs its own thread. Are we getting the Giga in 2027? Were the leaked plans fake or just preliminary?

They were fake, but some believe the plans weren't far off to what an actual giga at Great America could look like
Some time, on way to successful, first of steps of all of the steps to being successful steps are hardest of all of the steps to successing.

Interesting concept art from a user on social media.

I definitely like this better than the project rocket blueprint. It would be an epic entrance coaster. But I don't think they would use up that much parking lot. Rather, I could see it running along the grass next to the highway.

Marcus just posted a video about the Giga. He asked the park about the leaked blueprints and they said in a statement that it was not an official Six Flags project.

Yes! The comment section on Marcuses Facebook video is where I got the new fan made concept art.

They were very careful with their wording. They didn't say if the blueprint was a legitimate proposal, rather it's not an official Six Flags project.

Which I'm glad. The Project Rocket blueprint is cool, but very underwhelming in my opinion. They could do much better

Concept art of a Gatekeeper style giga coaster created by a user on Marcus Leshocks Facebook page.
