Yeah I got into line for Goliath a little bit before 2PM. I made sure to look for the 2 trains or I wouldn’t have even bothered to ride it. Thought it was gonna be a quick wait and then one of the trains got stuck on the lift lol.
Same. I mainly skipped one train rides except for Batman which I did close to open and was still walk on.
Batman looked the closest of the 4 B&Ms to being ready for its second train. It was obviously being worked on.

I didn't get a picture, but the yellow train for Raging Bull was sitting disassembled along the service road just outside of the station yesterday. Hopefully it will be two train ops this weekend. I'm nervous about maintenance to the blue train slowing down how it runs through the trim and MCBR.

Huh? Are you saying Teal Train gets trimmed harder at the mid-course? If it's being trimmed, then that's an indicator is running too fast. That can be good or bad depending on your perspective.
Newly refurbished trains tend to run slower till they "break in" so if anything it'll get trimmed less.

I believe they’re referring to the speed of the train last year, but it’s currently undergoing refurbishment, so it’ll have entirely new parts and likely run much slower than it did last year, especially if the maintenance team thinks it was running too fast then.
TnTThrills wrote:Yes, teal train ran noticeably faster last season and barely touched the camel back trim or the MCBR. It was beautiful.
I’m more worried on when we will get teal train rather than its speed. If all the B&M’s plus whizzer only opened with one train and wrath obviously needing a lot of attention they might be too busy to put it on in a timely manner. I guess we will see with time but hopefully we see at least bull with its second train by this weekend.

Yeah, third train wasn't added until mid-late July last year and yellow looks like it's coming next.
The B&Ms are grouped together from a maintenance standpoint so all the same guys work on all the B&Ms. I assume Wrath is going to be a high priority meaning Bulls 3rd train will take a back burner.

Old Great America was better, however I hope just a bit of that charm comes back
Like i said on YT, wonder if the space will give way to some Water Park stuff or be given back to the dry park
As far as I know, the tube slide is staying. It was open last year so I just think it’s the drop slides. I don’t think it will go back to the park. They will install a new slide or slides to replace and can utilize the same tower.
That was fast. Maybe we'll receive a new slide too in 2026? I would love to see an AquaLoop open there. Bonus points if it was themed to a lava monster like in Moana, and you were tasked with defeating the monster by travelling through its core, with the monster being represented by the slide. Aqualucent technology could give the illusion of there being lava with the shades of orange and scarlet being cast upon the inner-walls of the slide. The end would look really awesome if it was decorated to look like the the open mouth of the monster. Just throwing out ideas though.
EDIT: Maybe something about the monster being mentioned in Hawaiian legends could be mentioned to tie into the area's theme.
