Take. It's a dull ride that has the station from a carnival. Can be easily replaced with a SkyScreamer or another tower ride.
T/L: All removed effects and features from the Marriott Days that can still be put into place(Demon Waterfall, Sitdown restaurants, the Lighthouse, etc.) at the expense of a major coaster(that's not Demon or Eagle) and a flat. Leave, because I feel like if the park were to give one of our coasters the New Revolution treatment, it'd be to Demon.

Leave. Keep YH as pure as it is... I'm over the whole brightly colored track and D.C. theming everywhere.
T/L: $100 Million invested into the park over 5 years. The plan includes a giga, water park expansion, a single large kids area (see KI), and D.C. themed rides are restricted to one area... BUT the season is shortened to Memorial Day - Labor Day for the first four years to account for construction needs, and certain areas remain closed for an entire season. LEAVE. The park isn't the same without Fright Fest which I would assume brings in a good chunk of money.
Take or Leave: The park gets a ski-lift type attraction that takes guests all over the park with a stop on the other side of the park.

Take. There's other waterparks in the area.
Take or Leave: The prices for food gets cut in half but so do the amount of eating/dining locations in the park.
Take. The lower prices will make it more affordable for families and encourage more people to eat in the park (but the lines will probably be longer due to increased demand!)
