You guys are making me go crazy! The teasers are meant to draw attention to the general public who doesn't follow this stuff. That's why they sent out capes to local media outlets and had them tweet it. Most of the GP has no clue what we're getting but it has got them talking and in that sense it's a compete success.
The ride is actually very good in my opinion. I've been on it at least 5 times now and you really do feel.like you're going through a loop and upside down in the subway scene. The GP is gonna loves this and it will draw crowds and revenue to the park next year. I'm extremely happy!
As for the park putting something fake up and trying to pull one over on us, I just don't see it. It was obviously a leak since other parks had their attractions leaked too and not just us.

The SFGAM leak and the video teasers that we've gotten w/ loops and stuff perhaps leading us down a path to a loopless JLB4F seems almost like a cruel "joke's on us" now.
The only problem is the dark ride actually does have a virtual loop in it, so it can still fit.
Yea. I understand that. It has 2 virtual loops in JL (if you count the one by the subway) and I'm definitely not suggesting that's not what we're gonna get (seems clear to me) but it also seems like a cruel joke to tease Eagle in purple, have several loops in teasers, have the latest teaser gesturing drops and loops, holding the world record shovel et al and keep this "the jokes on you" joker motif going only to reveal the "big" announcement is basically a virtual ride that i've already pretty much experienced on youtube quite a few times already. I'm mentally preparing myself for it being JL:B4M but also holding out hope that there's more to the story...
I'm of the same mindset. I have ridden the ride this summer, and I would not mind it at our park at all, and earlier this summer I thought it was a lock for being our next ride, but I agree the clues appear to leading us a different direction in some ways. It is a lot better to ride than watch on YouTube though, of course. lol The virtual element of speed added in some of the sections of the ride is really well done.

Yes, we're getting the JL ride. that seems very clear to me. It's making me crazy, too. Your sanity is not the only one at stake here lol.. Since you say they wouldn't put up something fake and try to pull one over on us, what's up with that World's shovel? You don't think that means something? They could've gone to home depot and buy a regular shovel. I'm seriously thinking there is something else BESIDES JL coming! I concede we're getting JL, but what I'm trying to figure out is "what else" I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. If there is no other shoe, then I'll eat crow, but until that time comes, I'll reserve my judgement.
I think you all are giving the PR team way too much credit. They likely used the "World's" shovel because it was close by in their office. They aren't going to go to the Home Depot to buy a new shovel for a PR promo. That would be a waste of money to them. Plus when has SFGAm spent money on doing something "right".

A waste of money? Really? a ten dollar shovel? A slice of pizza at the park costs close to that. Either bring a shovel from home or don't even use a shovel at all. If it's not paramount to the reveal, then why even have it there with the "World's" word turned at the camera? I'm skeptical.

Well its technically the world's only virtual loop...

At least I think so

lol but it's not because the virtual loop is already in the JL ride. I'm sure you know this but just toying with us. I'm convinced you're a mole and you know stuff!!
I might sound dumb for saying this, but isn't JL:BFM a 4D dark ride of some sort anyways? Because if it is, that'll explain why we see "4D" in one of the teasers.
Most years, it would be obvious that the leak was real and they had just screwed up. However, this year a lot of the campaign seems specifically to imply that things may not be what they seem, so it seems natural to wonder of it's actually real or not. It very well could be, and its a perfectly good addition if it is, but given the hints we've had I'm just a little annoyed by the people who are SO SURE they're right and essentially calling the rest of us idiots.
Jl for 2016. It is a Sally so they can customize it to be different than the one at Tx and St louis who knows maybe theyll add a launch coaster element that goes underneath eagle before you reach the ending of the ride. Well have to wait and see if its for real on Sept.

This. Your average high school PR class would produce a more cohesive and relevant campaign.
My only problem with everyone swearing it is Justice League is that I am still not seeing ANYTHING that links it to it.... However, Jokers Choas... Which, fits part 3, in which he talks in a jokers voice... the loops in "Soon" are underlined, indicating its a loop with a "station"..
Can anyone pull up the SQUARE Footage of the entire building, including cue line for Justice League, and the Square Footage of the southwest amphatheaters entire footprint? Looking at areal views, I just does not seem like it would fit
Boy do I hope I am wrong...

The fact that Sally Corp was at the park pretty much seals the deal.
"Everyone, listen to me! These jerks killed Superboy. They've tried to kill us. Now they say they're going to tear this city apart. I say... like hell."
I was going to post pictures of SWA, but my phone didn't save them. Sorry. It's completley torn down, and there are banners saying "Big Thrills Coming Soon" all along the front of it.

What about all the Capes that went to local media outlets? All Justice League members.
Just wanted to chime in that your 'contributions' have been the absolute worst part of all of this banter. Trollriffic, indeed.
Anyone else find it odd that they bulldoze a relatively new stadium/amphitheater while the Wilderness Theater still stands, mostly unused? I know they hadn't used it in awhile anyway, but wouldn't it had made more sense to finally bulldoze Wilderness and (perhaps) renovate this one? Or maybe they just don't want any open-air venue and will eventually bullet the Wilderness as well?
As far as the ride, just about anything will outdo this year's update(s) -- and, hey, at least it's not the Santa Clara park!
