Ok, so I read an article about the question yesterday. It mentioned the numbers 6,8, and 10. 6 is not it, so I'm going to go with 8.

Tower of Terror shows the number "13" when the ride is a walk on, haunted mansion does something similar, but with a different number?
You're correct. When both show 13, there is no line until the preshow for each attraction. JamminOut, you're next!
