I dont think the new date really has anything to do with when the ride is going to be fixed. They most likely moved it back just in case it DOES take that long to fix it. For all we know, it could be up and running by next week.

I'm with you on that. Going with the people I go with I have to make sure the weather isn't too hot because one person can't handle the heat. Granted I am not a big fan of heat, but I love water rides so as long as it's in the 80's im riding up to 85 then it becomes too much for my party member. Btw love your signature.
My sig? It is actually from a song. By a popular female artist.
^^ Considering this sign was outside RC's spot(or the 2014 entrance to Necro and MoT), it's safe to assume Apocalypse is the replacement. I think it might be interactive with the whole "Shoot first or get bitten" thing they're marketing.
Guy_With_A_Stick wrote:Second, the new for Fright Fest in RC's spot is 'Apocalypse: Zombie Experience'. It says something like, 'Shoot first or get eaten' or something.
I assumed that he meant this would only take up where Ragin Cajun used to be, not Necropolis.

This was said before, and I'll say it again,
This applies to Eagle, Demon, and maybe Whizzer. Let's say the park has trains A, B, and C. On year 1, trains A and B are running, while train C is in a refurb. On year 2, trains A and C are running, and train B is in refurb. Year 3 is running trains B and C, with A in refurb. The cycle then repeats.

Thanks, I knew they did that with Eagle and Whizzer but normally they have 3 trains in the summer-rest of the season. I guess its in the cycle now!
Demon runs all 3 trains every year (except 2006). We'll see if Black Train makes it out this year. Whizzer has run Trains 3, 4, and 5 every year since 2004, but Train 3 is still in rehab right now. American Eagle is the only ride that currently does "rotating rehabs".
I also know that Demon and RB can only run 2 trains in any kind of rainy weather even if it never actually rains bad. Why is that? Just assuming wet track so it could slip on the brakes?!

I thought it was that Raging Bull can't run during rain because it has 3 trains. At least that's what I was told by a ride op, while the ride was shut down just before we were about to board because of the rain.
