Just a random question, but are pets allowed in the park? Curious because I saw a chihuahua on a leash in Southwest Territory about two weeks ago. Guidedog?
It most likely was, as I don't see it very often. However, I'm not sure why a Chihuahua would be a guide dog out of all possibilities. I do know some dogs help tell their owners when they're about to have an episode. Frogs can do the same with rainy weather conditions.
It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? (Sorry in advance for unnecessary commas and parenthesis every where)

I would have reported it. A chihuaua is not a guide or therapy dog its a glorified rat. Just someone who like their phone couldn't leave it at home. People this isn't 2008 the pocket dog fad is over leave it at home.
They probably put it in a "secret compartment" in a bag. Or they put it in a coat. Chihuahuas are not the big, so it's pretty easy to sneak one in com pared to a Great Dane or a German Shepard.
Maybe you saw my aunt. She has a chihuahua "therapy dog" that she takes everywhere, including restaurants. Whenever she's challenged, she shows the staff a bogus but official-looking therapy dog certificate that she printed from the internet. And the dog doesn't go to the bathroom outside. She lays out absorbent pads and it pees on those instead. She's weird.
Just voicing my opinion. I can't help it if you don't like it. Everyone is free to their own opinions too bad you didn't like mine, but honestly I don't care what you think.
