Goliath reopened just after 5pm tonight. was one of the first on thankfully as line got long fast.
now what is up with orbit being down? and half the waterpark today too was closed Skull island, wahoo racer, hurricane mountain and paradise plunge/riptide bay all closed when i looked in on the waterpark this afternoon while it was sunny and near 80
Orbit's stuck at about 20 degrees off the ground. The capsule slides have been down for a while. A lot of the further parts of the waterpark close on a less-busy day.
Can anyone post a pic of where these stairs are located on the ride? Sucks for being stuck but at least you have the best view in the entire park to look at.
when you were stuck this time was the air still working in the cabin. i remember going last summer getting on the ride on a hot day and the cabin had no air. by end of ride people were sweating like we were in a steam room and gasping for air.
Per the Tribune, STT could reopen tomorrow pending final inspection. Posting the article but since it is behind the paywall on the Trib site, not sure if everyone can read it. You can register on their site and access 5 digital articles per month to read it.
Popped into the park for an hour on Saturday before it got insane and had one of the best rides I've had on Raging Bull in a long time. First ride of the day on yellow train so trims on the midcourse didn't catch and airtime was had in the back row. Running very well!

Do you guys think Condor might actually be removed after this season? I wonder if it will open during Fright Fest, like how in 2013, Orbit closed towards the end of June and opened during Fright Fest, I think, maybe around Labor Day.

Is Condor's current location big enough to fit a SkyScreamer?

I actually think that if we were to get a SkyScreamer, I'd rather have it take condor's spot. It really could give the front of the park a nice touch.
