In the past 12-18 months they have

- Had back taxes owed
- Protest at the park
- Days where most of the rides were down
- Days where the rides were down for the day but running for ERT

Am I missing anything? At this point all they need is the boat to sink while giving a tour and a shooting to fill the docket of what can go wrong.

I hope someone with Theme Park experience buys Indiana Beach. The only thing I'll give RV Resorts credit for is repainting rides.

I wish Palace Entertainment would acquire the park. Would work well with their portfolio.

Looks like the owners will eventually work out a deal with the county, considering half the taxes they owe go toward the tourism board in the first place.

Unfortunately for the park it looks like this was a pretty obvious choice by management at Morgan RV not to pay taxes, perhaps because they believed they would no longer own Indiana Beach by the time it was discovered.

Clearly they didn't unload the park as fast they had hoped

Well if anyone is still following IB, their marketing director just posted on a IB FB group that Rocky Mountain is going to drop off a huge load of track for the 3 woodies in the very near future. No more details than that, but I'm going to guess they will be putting in topper track to cut down on the amount of maintenance.

Looks like they are all paid up. But it took selling off alot of properties. Morgan is in trouble.

All paid up
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

With all the money they are dumping into the park this year, it's pretty clear they want to sell the park sooner rather than later. I still have no idea why they bought IB in the first place, they didn't want to have anything to do with the park, they just wanted the campgrounds, but it was a package deal (read park was free)
