I obviously don't know the price for SFGAm, but the thing with SFMM is that it's open a LOT more, and thus the price is almost $100. So, take that into consideration for SFGAm. I don't expect it to be $100 at SFGAm, but maybe $10 or $20 more than what it was, maybe.

Season Dining Pass for 2013 will be $69.99 for the regular season, and $74.99 for the entire season with Fright Fest. The meal options are basically the same as last year. Not valid at any Johnny Rockets at our park. The restaurant list also reveals that the Great American Hot Dog location by Buccaneer Battle will be renamed Loaded Dogs.
Also, we're getting a second, larger JB's location in Southwest Territory replacing Crazy Buffalo Saloon.
cab0218 wrote:That sounds alot more reasonable. I wonder how the no vouchers is going to work though.
If you read the page you'd already know. It explains it all in detail.
Step 1) Arrive at the park before 3:30PM and a Lunch and Dinner Voucher are added to your season pass Step 2) Go to Location and select what you want and present Season Pass. Step 3) That's it, the Voucher is automatically deducted from the card for the day.
Lunch and Dinner time restrictions remain the same.

Still an incredibly bad deal for vegetarians, although I know a coaster enthusiast with any diet restrictions is an anomaly. But still you'd think they'd have more than 2 non meat options, I'm sure it wouldn't be terribly hard to offer a non-meat alfredo sauce for the pasta and some veggie burgers or veggie dogs. Who's with me? No one? That's what I thought...
I think you just answered your own question though. The audience of vegans is so small that Great America would lose a lot of money out of vegetarian friendly meals. Six Flags is a business, it can't cater to every guest that comes in, but they sure try to make the best they can.

They have Salads, Pizza, Corn on the Cob, and Fries. Sounds Vegan to me.
^ That still only leaves cheese pizza and fries or salad. You can't get corn by itself, it comes with the chicken. Plus corn by itself is not going to fill up anyone
I'm just happy to hear that the restaurant in SWT is reopening. The more indoor options the better, and the one at SFNE looks pretty nice, even though having a sports themed restaurant in SWT will be kind of out place. When it was open before, did it have waiters or did you get your food like at Mooseburger? I'm really hoping for the former as I find the Mooseburger process terrible.

if you don't eat poop, than if I gave you a sandwich with a turd on it you wouldn't just pick it off. Same thing for if you don't eat meat. And I highly doubt you could find a vegan meal in any amusement park (no animal products including; eggs, cheese etc.) vegetarian however is just meat free. But the simple fact is that even if they did have "vegetarian options" they would be cooked with or on the same stuff as the meat, defeating the purpose. Just offering why I wouldn't buy the meal pass.

So you'd be fine with being limited to those four all season for your $75?

Hell, ever in Orlando you would have an ultra tough time finding anything Vegan besides a salad. That said, I figured they would have more vegetarian options.

If I remember correctly when it first opened it was a sit down restaurant with waiters that brought you your food, or the had a buffet as well you could order. Maybe someone else can confirm because I'm not 100% sure.

I didn't buy a Dining Pass last year and I won't this year. I need to lose weight, Not gain.
Yes the Crazy Buffalo had waitresses and a buffet. I think the buffet only lasted 1 or 2 seasons. The last year it was open it had both the waitresses and buffet.
