I bet it will be good.

As of this moment...there is no information posted yet on the Fright Fest Website. (It will probably get posted later today when I am out and about of course )
The site is still not up, but I did find this bit of information.
Hundreds of zombies, monsters and a 200 lb. spider make their return to morph Six Flags Great America from a theme park into a scream park. Preparations are underway for the 22nd season of Fright Fest. Six Flags Great America continues to be the area’s leader in Halloween events offering three haunted houses, five horrific scare zones, eight hair-raising shows and nearly 200 roaming monsters throughout the park. Plus, enjoy all your favorite rides with an eerie makeover.
The transformation into a shadow-land of ghosts and ghouls takes over 2,000 corn stalks, seven tons of pumpkins, 1,100 gallons of fog fluid, 50 pounds of blood-red dye, dozens of corpses and hundreds of rubber snakes, bats, skulls and body parts. New this fall, come face-to-face with some of the nation’s most notoriously disturbed minds in the all-new haunted house, Massacre Medical Center. It’s a fight to survive for all who enter the 10,000 square foot abandoned hospital located in the County Fair area of the park.
“Fright Fest returns this year with new Hurricane Harbor Rave Featuring DJs from DJ Masters Worldwide, monsters, mazes, shows and an all-new haunted house, Massacre Medical Center. This year is going to be bigger and scarier than ever before,” said Hank Salemi, Six Flags Great America park president. Hurricane Harbor Dance Rave with DJ Masters Worldwide Kickoff Saturday, September 29, 2012 and will run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the month of October!
So I guess the "Club Fright" is in Hurricane Harbor. Interesting that MMC is being branded as new. Maybe it had a full redesign?
This website thing is getting a bit ridiculous though. I get that something could of have happened to delay its launch, but is it really that hard for someone to just go on Facebook and tell us whats going on?

The first Saturday of Fright Fest last year was great. Still warm out, the actors were excited and the crowds were small all day. I remember going on Bull with the line only halfway down the stairs, only for it to be past Vipers entrance two weeks later. No wait for any of the haunts either.
I wonder if the FrightFest Club will be an upcharge attraction. And if its not, this may be the only year its free. idk lol kinda have a feeling. And where in Hurricane Harbor could they possible do the FF party? and I just checked the FF website minutes ago, nothing posted yet.

My 700th post!!
As in years past memory serves well....There will be upcharges for the haunts. Hell, they raised parking 2$ and the season parking from 60$ to 75$. Next they are going to charge 5$ to fill your drink bottle with ice water.

Six Flags Great America/Hurricane Harbor ^^ Our sixflags.com/greatamerica page will be up tonight at 7p.m. Stand-by for the "Fright by Night" page, zombies are working very hard to get it ready!
Perhaps we will be getting some more details tonight?
Wow! Wicked Woods is a hell of a lot longer than I thought it was going to be. I can't wait to walk through, and have the experience of a haunted walk-through without the loud sound of coasters right next to you. With the mulch laid down and everything set up, it will be awesome to see just how realistic it will look!

I really hope so! I can't wait for the new information. Will Wicked Woods be another Necropolis? or is Wicked Woods replacing Necropolis? Will it be an upcharge attraction as well? Kinda feel funny asking but I wonder if all my questions will be answered once the Fright Fest website gets updated finally.

SFGAmworld.com puts Frightfest music on here usually the very first day of Fright Fest. So once the 29th hits or is near keep checking the site! But then again one of the mods on here can tell you EXACTLY what date they plan on putting the music up and cool graphics and skin the webiste goes through every Fright Fest!!!
^ Necropolis will still be in Picnic Grove. I think Wicked Woods will be different from Necropolis in that its more of a strict trail that you have to keep moving through, where as Necropolis is basically just a big scare zone as you can take as much time as you want and the actors have more freedom in where they can go. As for the price, I'm sure it'll be an upcharge. I know there are five things that you have to pay for, so theres the three houses, Wicked Woods and then either the train or something in the amphitheater for the fifth.
All Houses and Walkthroughs will be upcharges except for Necropolis. There will also be a $20.00 wristband that is valid for admission to all Fright Fest attractions.
Since Wicked Woods is completely outdoors, it probably won't open until 5:00 or 6:00.
Did anyone catch "Massecre Manor"? HHmmm... maybe that will be in SouthWest Scaritory?
