I have seen MANY rummors that the American Eagle will BE REMOVED for the new ride during the 2013 season!!!!!!!!!! :( If that is ture, I plan on NOT GOING BACK TO SIX FLAGS GREAT AMERICA NEXT YEAR FOR THE 2013 SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been on American Eagle like 100-200 times since I first rode it during the 2005 season!!!!!!!!!! And let me tell you, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN BOARD ON/OVER THE RIDE!!!!!!!!!! This is such a MAJOR classic ride for the park and it is the 3rd BEST roller coaster that I have ever been on. I have been on like 60-100 different roller coasters in my life and American Eagle is by far MY ABSOLUTE FAVROITE wooden roller coaster in the world!!!!!!!!!! Six Flags will be making an EXTREAMLY BIG mistake if they do happen to tear it down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously,,, did you really have to post the complete stats for the ride?
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

I know you are new to this site, so let me give you advice.

1. Browse other topics before making your own. The American Eagle rumors have been discussed in the 2013 discussion before.
2. Avoid "!!!!!" and THIS. They will not get your point across more, and it gets a little annoying.
3. Don't believe rumors right away. Think of them as wrong at first, and use clues to debunk them. Ex: American Eagle can't really be replaced considering that the new laws deem it too close to the highway for new construction.
4. Do not post the stats to a ride when not needed.

Apply rules 1 and 2 to your X-Flight topic as well, but the concern there should have been put in the X-Flight topic already created.

You do realize that almost every roller coaster or ride will probably leave the park sometime or later whether American Eagle goes after this year, or 20 years from now. That's how amusement parks work. Rides get old which requires more money to fix them (whether it be wood, or just getting parts), and they get lower ridership. On top of that, SFGAm doesn't have much space to work with to build something big because the open area is kind of close to the houses.

None of the rides will be operating in 2013. Doomsday is Dec 21st, 2012.
