I have to agree on this one, I have gone to Customer relations plead my case and after 20 min between waiting in line and waiting for them to talk to other people they just say sorry I can't help you, I complained at least 5 times in the last 3 years, it's not worth my time for a few $ and I won't complain, unless it's $15 or more.
This was not always money in 2011 I was stuck on King Chaos at the top for 10 min and no exit pass but did get one on Demon on the break run for 10 min and same for the Whizzer, there excuse for King Chaos was the ride was not stuck long enough, I just don't get it .
Ohh, and to complete the Xtreme Pass info journey, yes, you go to Window 7 to get your exit passes , not Windows 6 as the sign says.
Also, if you get to the park before Noon, make sure you get a Green exit pass - the pink ones are not valid for X Flight - I was able to speak to a manager at X Flight and get it sorted out, but still...
Oh, and when it's super busy they don't take seat requests anymore. if it's not really bad, then they do...

Update. I went to Guest Relations the other day and told them about the $4 I overpayed for my sippy cup, as a season dining pass holder. The guy was very "can't do it with out a receipt, sorry..." After some further chit chat, he went to ask his supervisor and came back with $6 cash for me (don't ask me why he gave me $6 instead of $4, perhaps they were just trying to go "above and beyond.") Either way, that was nice
I also put in compliments for an employee. And then complained that American Eagle should always run 2 sides and race. I always tell them that (with a compliment, as well). I don't care about their profits or saving money. The ride is advertised as a racer and should always do so....

Keep letting them know, by all means. Best thing is to go to Guest Relations and fill out a form. Then it actually gets read (from what I've been told).
