I freaking *hate* the looooong, winding, way out of the way queues that our park tends to build. Busch Gardens have proved you can have a queue that is very manageable and is easily expandable and collapsible, all near the station - and even all at ground level (including their very cool ground level stations). I mean - those are nice?

I guess I should shut up - I don't know what the queue is going to be like. I'm just assuming. Busch does them nice, so does Holidaydayworld. Those looong ass walks are for the birds... complaining done for today. Happy happy joy joy

Sometimes I dont mind them so much, They also tend to build them underneath the coaster layout which gives some pretty awesome photo opportunities and builds anticipation. On slow days, yeah it sucks. But on long days when you are waiting in line, it gives you something to watch to help pass the time.

Yes, I do appreciate any kind of queue flyby. The Superman drop, the loud Batman swoop, and standing next in line for V2 all get me more excited for each ride. I'm looking forward to being able to view almost the entire X-Flight run in the queue. Certainly this wouldn't suit every ride, but considering you're flying an airplane and you wouldn't expect to be hidden from view normally, I think this works for it.

As you can see they didn't make much more progress on the control tower other than the base. You can also see the station with roof in the back right.

These pictures of the station look different than how they did it on Raptor at Gardaland. This they made more like every other coaster where people line up for each row whereas over there, they had just one entrance line, and one exit. And the reason I think they did that is so they could put the exit more in the middle. For this way they are doing it, I think it would be smart to have 2 exits at least for each side to get people out quicker - one at the front of the train, and one at the back of the train for each side, but I doubt they did this because this is Six Flags.

Where are people going to put their shoes and stuff? Usually, the bins are on the other side of the train, but there is no other side of the train here. Looks like capacity nightmare...

^ That would be horrible. The only thing that would work would be to have a small basket hanging on the fences between the airgates for each row.

^ The point is you can NOT have people walking to the very front of the station to put their crap away. That absolutely will not work.

I really wonder when they will put on the covers. I would have thought they would add them before testing.

Perhaps they will have the bucket ala King Chaos. We can assume that they have thought of this. I mean, this is a coprporation that makes billions of dollars.

Let's assume they know what they are doing before we smash them apart.

I think they should have 4 storage bins. Almost like the one that Bull used to have before they took that away. They can have 2 on each side with one in the front and one in the back...
