This article does not say much on how exactly they lost the limbs......from what I understand it sounds like they are thinking the g-forces on the ride did it........wonder what will happen when similar tests are performed on X-flight
I would guess nothing at all will happen, since that's actually what happened at Thorpe
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstop ... limbs.html This story is much more entertaining with a pic of their highly scientific dummies, however they then blamed it on a scenery element (which at that time had not yet been completed, but no sense letting that get in the way of publicity)
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
Considering real people have already tested the ride out a couple weeks ago everything should be fine. I wonder if B&M appreciates this if it was a publicity stunt.
Have I ever mentioned how much I absolutely HATE every single one of these stupid PR stunts the Merlin parks pull. Do they not understand how many complete morons there are that are stupid enough to actually believe this crap? The GP are stupid enough without having total BS spoon-fed to them by these parks annoying PR people.

I could not agree more with you GOOD angry rant imho

My favorite one was definitely Thirteen being closed on Friday the 13th. Closing the new ride to paying customers for literally no reason, now that is a great PR move.
I'm fine with them using body injury as a PR Stunt. I'm sure that 13 year old at Kentucky Kingdom is rolling over (If she can)
What next? Are they gonna add a splash section that say that the water gives you A Disease that can Kill You? Dang-it, Why'd I have to say that out loud.
SFGAmWorld cares. No Offense. Just trying to prove a point.
